Our plant is subdivided into:

1 Standard Plant
Our SB-L Series impresses with its modular and linear structure.
The linear structure allows an unlimited number and variable order of the basic modules and tools. Which is implemented in small, autonomous transfer manufacturing assembly lines.

2 Special machine
Our SB-LB-series has the SB-L Series with its modular and linear structure to the base. The modular design of this series allows the management of significantly more complex tasks in the linear stamping and bending assembly area.

Of course, our complete LB series is fully compatible with the L-series.

Particular attention should be paid to the FFZ200 SB-LB.
The distinction to the other machine types lies mostly in the technical structure. When FFZ200 SB-LB, the cams are not as usual along, but transverse to the flow direction. This also allows for a larger space for the tool assembly, the use of larger cams and thus larger strokes, smoother acceleration and a higher clock speed.
The open in each direction architecture of this machine also allows an additive assembly with drive units for every application.
