The company was founded in 1960 by Mr. Otto Bauckhage and still is in its way a traditional family. Up to 31.12.2002 Hans Werner Bauckhage stood before the company as Managing Director. 01/01/2003 Mr. Dietmar Schoettler and Heike Schäfer have occurred as a shareholder in the company and has been appointed as managing directors. The medium-sized company structure with about 35 staff gives our company to produce the necessary flexibility, small quantities and large production runs efficiently and therefore ensures a fast and reliable order processing. For more than 30 years we have been the supplier of CONTINENTAL, BOSCH, Schaeffler LUK, FTE. The Rossignol group (divided in 2 plants, 1 in France and 1 in Czech Republic, 75 employees) is specialized in the security parts of the automotive industry for the brake systems. Our parts are treated internally in our surface treatment plant (new high performance electrogalvanizing since 2007) and we also have a logistic warehouse of 3200m2).
