We prefer long term relationships and serial production.

We produce complete industry spraying mortar machines for Austria customer too, include water system, electric system etc.

we produce in 3 different workshops in istanbul, turkey. we do metal sheet laser cutting, bending and welding works. we also have electrostatic powder coating. we do anodizing for aluminum. we also provide nickel plating, gold plating and electropolishing services. there are many reference companies and works we do in turkey and europe. we process an average of 800-1000 tons of metal annually.

In 2006, Oskar Rüegg Bulgaria Ltd. was founded in Stara Zagora as an extended workbench of Oskar Rüegg AG for the manual and tool-assisted assembly of components.
In the first years, the company was managed by the owning family itself in order to ensure the sustainable further development of ORBG.
In each of the years after its foundation, the company has been able to show multi-digit sales growth and this has led over time to ORBG evolving from a pure assembly company into a more complex business entity, incorporating in its portfolio, among others, the following industrial services: Project Management, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Logistics services.
During the last years, the highly motivated management team has also been independently developing customer portfolios, mainly in the field of assembly of sub-assemblies and production of stamped parts.
In order to meet the high quality management requirements of our customers, the Bulgarian company was certified for the first time in 2009 according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2008 by the Swiss SQS.

Ossitaglio Veronese, a company operating for more than 40 years in sheet metal processing, has 3 multi-torch oxycutting plants (No. 6 torches) max. 300mm thick; in December 2023 it also installed a new TECOI plasma cutting system with Bevel head to perform inclined cutting (max. 50° inclination) and incorporated a work center that allows performing various mechanical processes such as:

• Drilling;
• Threading;
• Beveling;
• Counterbore;
• Milling;
• Boring etc.

It usually deals with all the most common construction steels (S355J2+N pre-sandblasted as standard) for which it has a large warehouse, high elastic limit (S690/S890) and wear-resistant (HB400/450) steels, as well as special steels according to specific customer needs.

Ossitaglio Veronese has also been collaborating for years with a company specialized in sheet metal bending which, in turn, has recently installed a new 8m bending machine with a power of 800 tons; this partnership allows us to offer a complete service and create products of a certain complexity and size.
