STI. has been manufacturing Roll Forming lines and Standard profiles for Metal Industry and Building & Construction Industries on 1.000 m² plant situated in Izmir / TURKEY, having experienced engineering, design and manufacturing facilities.

Designing and manufacturing machines for complex sections and die sets for punching, for notching, for embossment, for length cutting etc.. is UNBAKMachinery’s main business.

Designing and generating an automation systems for those items mentioned above in order to ensure synchronized running is also a production branch’s ofUNBAK Machinery.By these realistic solutions, lots of customers of UNBAK save their time, loss of energy, labor costs and increase their production efficiency.

Trying to be a professional in every field directs UNBAK to establish a partnership by the CAD designer VERTEX.While Unbak is develeoping its abilities in mechanic field, it prefer to establish a partnership which develops its abilities in Cad design.

Our company was established in 1964 and from the beginning, it specialised in subcontracting services for automotive, electrical and electronics industries. We can offer precision turning services on one of our 20 turning lathes, or our 3 axis CNC machining center. We work in copper alloys, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics. Additionally, we can offer galvanic coating of produced elements (Cr, Zn, Ni, Ag, Au) and heat treatment. We work with diameters starting from 1 mm up to 45 mm.

We also offer punching and pressing on eccentric press from 10 up to 100 tons.

We manufacture all components of structural steel, high-strength fine-grain steels and wear plates.
By using different production technologies hardest parts are easily edited.

We place value on high precision, so that the customer has to make as few adjustments on the spot. Gaps of less than 1 mm can be considered here as a standard.

There are different technologies for this (small selection) are available:
- Bending, up to 1600 x 7100 mm clay
- Milling, up to 6000 mm
- Grinding up to 6000 mm (linear weld preparations)

U.S.O COMPANY PROFILE :

U.S.O has been established in 1972 to supply exhaust systems (Silencers and pipes) and spares for vehicles produced by Turkish OEM.
Since then U.S.O has created an unique industry producing original silencers and pipes of exhaust systems for both commercial vehicles / passenger cars of OEM and domestic need and Turkish / European after-market.
Currently U.S.O has TS EN ISO 9001:2000 (TÜV-CERT ) Certification.
Our preparations for certification of ISO/TS 16949:2002 are in progress to have this certificate also until the end of this year.
Dies and fixtures are been made in our die-shop on CNC Machining Centre –using CAD/CAM systems./ Autocad Mech.Desktop according to our customers drawings and requirements of their specifications.
One of the most important advantages of U.S.O over its competitors is the ability to manufacture exhaust tubes up to O.D. Ø 63 mm both plain and perforated tubes- having various types of hole textures-using of CRS-Mild steel sheets and Aluminized steel sheets (Ex: DX 53 AS120-DIN EN 10154) which assigns to U.S.O capability of completely integrated manufacturing structure.
