We are a Polish producer of mechanical parts.

We employ qualified engineers for the production processes and quality control.
Production processes are prepared on the based of an insightful analysis of customer requirements, and own production capacity.
The price offer is also a guarantee for the customer, receives a product that complies with the requirements of quality and strictly within the agreed delivery period.

We produce and delivery:

1. CNC turning of metal parts with a maximum diameter of 250 mm and a length of 400 mm.
- the accuracy of turning +/- 0,005mm (IT5-IT6)
- obtained surface quality to Ra0,63 / Rz4
- machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, plastics;

2. CNC 4-axis milling of metal parts with maximum dimensions 750x500x500 mm.
-precision of milling +/- 0.01 mm (IT6)?
-the resulting surface quality to Ra0,8 / Rz6,3
- machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, plastics

3. We cooperate with carefully selected service providers for the following areas:
- laser cutting of sheet metal - thickness up to 20mm
- plasma cutting sheet metal - thickness up to 100 mm
- sheet metal bending on press brakes
- MIG, MAG and TIG welding
- other processes related to the machining of sheet metal and welded machine parts (shot blasting, powder coating)

We provide production of parts strictly according to customer requirements, by working on our own quality assurance system based on the requirements of our customers from Switzerland and Germany, consisting in:
- preparation of production including a detailed analysis of the customer's requirements
- careful control of acceptance materials and semi-products
- systematic inspections during production and immediately corrective actions
- specific selection process for material suppliers and subcontractors of additional services
- careful protection of goods during delivery to the customer

Tecnoingranaggi comes from a long family tradition and over the last twenty years has become one of the leaders in the production of grinded gears and especially cylindrical and helical gears up to 350mm in diameter, max module 12.

In its 2500-sq meter facility Tecnoingranaggi can rely on a technologically advanced machine park and a very efficient tooling room. It employes 50 young and motivated people, four in the quality control department.

Our production covers bevel gears, sprockets, spur and helical gears, worm gears, pinion gears, multiple spines, shafts with toothing and profiled shafts.
With our internal technology or means our subsuppliers we are able to deliver the product complete with:

- Turning operations

- Shaving
- Heat treatments
- Grinding
- Broaching
- Additional CNC machining

Tecnoingranaggi produces mechanical gearing for many different applications and specializes in the production of small and medium-sized lots even when they are ordered Just In Time. Tecnoingranaggi can offer a wide range of finished products from small gears to trains of cogwheels. We provide makers of tools, presses, gearboxes, flexography machines, agricultural machines and earth-moving machines with some of the parts they need.

Tecnoingranaggi works as a subcontractor carrying out some specific operations on behalf of other companies and produce complete products as per drawing.We are always in a postion to meet the customers needs and requests giving them the quality, price and delivery time they need. Tecnoingranaggi technical staff is knowlegable, dynamic and capable of offering not only products but also technical advice and service.

We produce turned and milled parts including gears on request in several metallic materials such as brass, steel, bronze, AVP, aluminium and also copper from 0,5 mm up to 250 mm φ.

Our turned parts are used in several sector such as Automotive, pharmaceutical, aeronautic and industrial in general.
