Our products have a highly reliability and are used in the automotive section, power tools and home appliance. The application of our parts, reaches from electrical and manual seat adjustment, over engines, gearboxes and pumps to actuators and the entire engine management.

The industrial specialization of CVT pays off: State-of-the-art equipment, above-average performance, experienced employees - specialization is definitely worthwhile. Besides our geared parts and worms, we also produce subassemblies up to high volume orders. Since 2000 we also produce many kinds of turned parts. The long turned parts are complete produced in our plant PTS-precision GmbH in Schwerin.

We are a Netherlands based company producing goods in Asia. We have been in Asia for 20 years and specialise in many custom made parts for our clients in Europe. We have technical staff in China locally, including European managers and a wide array of suppliers giving us the ability to provide our customers with a variety of parts.

We specialise in hot-forged and casted items but are also strong in sheet metal, turning and milling. Our warehouse is located in Veldhoven, The Netherlands here we stock goods for our customers so we can always supply our goods on-time. We also have some of our own CNC milling and lathing equipment in The Netherlands where we produce smaller quantity items for our customers.

We have experience in different fields and are able to work with standard procedures such as PPAP level 3 and 8D when solving SCAR's from our customers. We have experience in the automotive industry and are capable in adhering to the required standards,

As aluminum foundries we always work exactly to measure: The castings are manufactured in our foundry according to customer requirements as well as according to German quality standards. By working together with experienced partners, we cover the entire spectrum so that your castings can be processed without any problems. The cast aluminum parts we manufacture are used in many industries, including the automotive industry.

If your construction is to be implemented in aluminum, we are your real partner! We have our own tool shop and produce cast aluminum parts in small batches up to mass production. In addition, we also produce aluminum prototypes for your part development.

Thanks to the automation of our production, we are able to produce large quantities with consistently high quality.

We offer a professional service for repair and service all main spindles with ball bearings.

Our experience of more than 25 years is a solid foundation. More than 12´800 repaired spindle units were successfully serviced.

Our focus are based on customer relations, cost tranparency and effeciency. All replaced parts are reported and pictured. In any case you are welcome to visit our facilities in order to trust our services.

The GDP teeth GmbH was established in November 1999 in Birkenfeld - founded Gräfenhausen.

Turn
A variety of shafts and wheels are machined and then prepared for further manufacturing process of gearing on our CNC lathes.

It can work pieces with max here. Diameter of 700 mm and 500 mm in length to be processed.

We process steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, aluminum and many types of plastics.

Mill
Production is on machining centers leading machine tool manufacturers in the 3 and 4 axis range. We manufacture parts up to small series individually modified universal clamping means and specific multiple clamping devices.

Processing steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass, plastics, as well as all kinds of tool steels.

Interlink
We are a company specializing in teeth. In addition to racks, splines and spline shafts, gears, spur gears and sprockets, we also manufacture all types of profiles.

Our services include the manufacture of prefabricated parts or from raw material to the finished workpiece
according to drawings, DIN or pattern. The production of individual parts is possible to small series.

Grind
In our grinding we can process many grinding operations of surface grinding or cylindrical grinding on conventional machines.

Groove
With our Nutenstoß, Nutenzieh and Nutenräummaschinen we keyways, multiple groove, as well as square and hexagonal grooves can edit. Also poking Sacklochnuten is possible in our home.

Welding
In our house we also offer arc welding. This includes of course to the TIG welding (tungsten inert gas), MIG (metal inert gas) and MAG welding (metal active gas).

Quality assurance
For the control of production and final inspection, we use a spatially separated measurement space. With a 3-coordinate measuring machine, we review the 3D dimensional stability so that we ensure an ongoing quality control.

Dimensional accuracy and precision in every detail are just as important as high repeatability in serial production.

D.S.A. INGRANAGGI S.r.l. was founded in 1988, thanks to years of experience and with the aid of modern machineries is able to offer high quality products and guarantee. The production concerns straight bevel gears and spiral bevel gears constructed through Gleason system, transmission shafts, axle shafts, spur gears. The professionalism allows us to satisfy different demands: from a single piece to mass-productions. The components are made on the basis of a technical drawing or in reference to a sample.
D.S.A. INGRANAGGI S.r.l. has more than 50 machines divided into several sections, which produce spiral bevel gears, straight bevel gears, spur gears.

We specialize in the production of complex turned and turn-mill parts. Particularly, gearing parts and drive components are our passion. Due to our extensive manufacturing know-how as well as our versatile machines, we are able to economically and productively manufacture small to medium (five-digit) quantities. Our standard materials are high-strength aluminum alloys and steel, as well as stainless steel and titanium.
