The CSABAcast Leichtmetallgiesserei GmbH, an aluminum die casting foundry about 70 km east of Budapest, located near the M3 motorway.
The company, which has more than 45 years of experience in the field of the light metal casting, sees its priorities in aluminum die casting (19 die-casting machines with a clamping force of 400 tons to 1600 tons) in the processing (15 CNC machining centers) in the assembly of pre-finished parts.
Total sales in the past year was about 20 million euros and was increased from approx. 250 employees deliver.
The product range includes parts for the automotive, white goods and heating industry.

In large series pre-finished cylinder head covers, transmission parts, gear housing cover, engine mounts, subframe, water and oil pump housing, burner housing and washing machine drive parts for customers such as Audi, BMW, Bosch Thermo Technology, Ford, General Motors, GPM, Miele, VW and others are manufactured.

The CSABAcast Leichtmetallgiesserei has quality certificates for more than 15 years.In August 2004 CSABAcast obtained the process-oriented quality certificate
ISO / TS 16949:2002 and the environmental certificate ISO 14001.

An extension of the die casting die casting machines to higher clamping forces, as well as investments in the mechanical manufacturing, and rationalizations are planned in order to manufacture the new orders for the customers in the future.

ČZ a.s. Division Al Foundry is a part of the ČZ a.s. holding, which was founded in 1914 and has now 5 different divisions (Al Foundry, Iron Foundry, Tool Shop, Turbo, Auto) and three LLCs - ČZ Chains, ČZ Machine Plant, ČZ Gastro).
Due to the long-term tradition, the Al foundry production was subsequently serving for different sectors of the automotive industry, as an example the production of castings for engine parts or its components.
At the present time, the Division Al Foundry has 200 highly qualified employees with a long-term work practice using 6000 m2 of production area.
Al Foundry is a holder of the quality system according to the ISO/ TS 16949 and 14001:2004,
further on is certified within the Secure Company system.

1) Production for China
This concept is an interesting alternative for exporting products to China.
We take the production of metal (including magnets) -, plastic products and electronics off at selected contractors. This includes also conduct the necessary tools for pressure die-casting, forging, stamping and so on. Parallel to the production in China, we will send your "strategic parts" to our office in China (Shanghai). After receiving all the products is the entrance control, assembly, final inspection, packaging and shipping space and from our factory. The final products are then sent on demand to your local plant in China.

We are manufacturer of micro casting parts made of different materials such as ferrous metals, steel, aluminum and various special alloys (eg, precipitation hardenable copper alloys).
The method MicroGuss was developed by our house and worked out in the last 30 years for precision. Use, the procedures wherever the smallest components with complex geometries are required, but other methods reach their limits.

By working together with experienced partners, we cover the entire spectrum so that your castings can be processed without any problems.
