The Linner Tooling GmbH is a family owned company in Wolnzach near Munich with about 120 employees. We are on the market now for about 30 years and are known for reliable quality, customer focused services and a very high degree of flexibility. To keep our position in the future we focused on three separate and highly specialized divisions.
Precision series production

Our series production deals with companies in the electronic industry mainly. For those companies a high quantity of products in good quality matters and so we use our turning automats, rotary transfer machines and indexing table machines in optimal way to meet theire requirements in a flexible and economical way.
Precision tools and components

The division has a big branch of customers from different industries for whom it produces special-purpose tools as fastener for reversing plates, profile and forming tools and many more. The range of parts produced in this division is limited by diameters up to 250 x 250 mm and we use combinations of grinding, eroding, milling or turning in an optimal way to ensure good quality. Therefore we use 5-axis milling centers and the latest CAD / CAM Systems to guarantee repeatability and the high standard of quality.
Tool sharpening

With most modern 5-axis CNC grinding machines and with the help of graphical simulation programs we produce new tools as stepped drills, profile millers and special-purpose tools. Further we regrind or reproduce special and standard tools with original geometrical data so the tools are as capable as new once.
Off course we also offer common and special coatings and we are able to supply kanban-systems, a stock at your place and supply you just in time.

We are offering machining services, primarily CNC-machines – lathe and mill. The idea is to manufacture individual parts, assemblies or workpieces. The manufacture takes place in our own production department, but we also use when needed, the production facility of our sister company, Lmb Soft which is close to us. - Bending on Apkant-presses, for elements that require high precision,
- Thermal synthetic forming (vacuum method, thermal stabilization),

Our parent company – Lmb Technologie GmbH is based in Munich, established in 1982. Lmb Technologie GmbH has several branches in Europe – Hungary, Trukey, Serbia; where there are technical service offices, sales, marketing, production, R&D and more.
We have experience with German clients and their quality requirements. We are looking for new clients, trying to achieve a long-term cooperation, by being your suppliers in manufacturing of some parts which would fit in the terms of our production possibilities and your needs.

Our business, founded in 1984 deals with precision mechanics workmanship on commission, availing of highly qualified personnel and numerically controlled machines.

The raw materials used are all types of steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics.

Tailor-made products can be completed with heat and surface treatments and with mechanical group assembly.

We are a young, dynamically growing company specializing in a wide range of CNC machining technologies.

The owner's extensive experience, gained through years of work in various facilities, combines the enthusiasm and flexibility of youth with deep expertise and a broad market understanding.
