Teknia Automotive is a family owned company with headquarter in Spian. We are focused on development of components, assemblies and specific manufacturing processes for the automotive industry. 20 years of experience, 2,000 employees, 17 plants and a global footprint contribute to the success of the company.

The Machining Division of Teknia Automotive is responsible for turning and machining technologies. Our plants are located in Spain, Poland and Brazil. Additionally to that, we have an office in Stuttgart, Germany which is responsible for Business Development and Key Account Management of the German market.

Our product portfolio includes high-precision and safety parts such as nipples, bolts, pistons, valves, sleeves or connectors for brake systems, air conditioning, high-pressure fuel systems, transmissions, steering systems, clutches and gear shifts.

Our components are manufactured in small and medium scales (rod diameter 4 - 58 mm) on both CNC mono- and multispindle, mechanical multispindle machines and mechanical transfer machines.

Teknomecc manufactures products obtained from a bar from a minimum of 0.8 mm to a maximum of 32mm.

All production is carried out thanks to the use of an extremely flexible latest generation machine park, which guarantees excellent performance in terms of quality and reliability, also through the use of management software such as MES, MRP, SPC, Teknomecc guarantees monitored production processes in real time.

T.E.M.A. is a leading Italian company, specialized in producing precision mechanical parts. Our firm produces small mechanical parts from metal bars, up to 38 mm in diameter, making skilled use of Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes.
All production in TEMA is managed and controlled by the most precise and advanced computerized measuring systems. We deploy the most advanced machinery available to enable us to fulfill every requirement, from the simplest to the most complex.
Every part produced is released, complete with the measurements taken throughout the whole production process, based on the client’s specifications. Certification of materials, thermal treatments and surface treatments are also included.

Tessari Luigi & C. snc was established in Soliera in 1978 as a grinding plant for the mechanical industry, a sector in which the previous owner had acquired considerable experience.

Over the years, the company has built up a solid portfolio of customers for which it grinds parts for hydraulic systems, a field where it continues to excel.

In 1992, the company was acquired by the current owners who, while maintaining the same business name, decided to develop the service provided to the customers to a further extent. So much so, a turning department was added in 1996 and the company moved to its current headquarters owing to the need for more space.
