With its expanding production capacity, including c-axis CNC automat, renewed workbench park and completely digital computer assisted sensitive scale units; our company aims to manufacture faster and more reliable at highest quality.

Special part production according to technical drawings as turning and milling parts. Diameter from 6 to 550 mm, lengths
up to 500 mm. Milling parts up to 1000x500 mm. Surface treatments of all kinds possible, grinding work
in-house with about 7 grinders. Manufacturing groups: shafts, bolts, gears and all matching parts. Almost all materials are possible.

40% of the production is for the European countries, 10% for the Arab and African countries. ISO 9001 is available.

Yildiz-CNC Zerspanungstechnik is a medium-sized family company based in Hüttenberg (Hesse). Since 1996, high-precision industrial components have been manufactured on modern CNC-controlled turning and milling machines. On an area of over 1,000 square meters, we produce for our customers from the fields of mechanical engineering, medical technology, the optics industry, the food and automotive industries. We manufacture prototypes, single and sample parts, small series and series in the medium quantity range. As a technology partner, we advise our customers on all manufacturing issues, from the development of a component to series production. After a mechanical treatment the following ist possible: Caseharden, Induktionshärten, Vakuumhärten, Ölhärten, as well as in the area of the wide treatment and surface treatment washing, degreasing, to site foremen, electric site foremen, deburring, loops, Gleitschleifen, sandblasting, Phosphatieren, Brünieren, galvanising, nickel-plating, chromium-plating, Hartverchromen, anodizing and Passivieren and next hard treatment.
