Teknia Automotive is a family owned company with headquarter in Spian. We are focused on development of components, assemblies and specific manufacturing processes for the automotive industry. 20 years of experience, 2,000 employees, 17 plants and a global footprint contribute to the success of the company. The Machining Division of Teknia Automotive is responsible for turning and machining technologies. Our plants are located in Spain, Poland and Brazil. Additionally to that, we have an office in Stuttgart, Germany which is responsible for Business Development and Key Account Management of the German market. Our product portfolio includes high-precision and safety parts such as nipples, bolts, pistons, valves, sleeves or connectors for brake systems, air conditioning, high-pressure fuel systems, transmissions, steering systems, clutches and gear shifts. Our components are manufactured in small and medium scales (rod diameter 4 - 58 mm) on both CNC mono- and multispindle, mechanical multispindle machines and mechanical transfer machines.

C-LAB emerged from a combination of two industrial experiences distinguished by strong technical expertise and a large production capacity. C-LAB aims to redefine with a modern take and vigorously pursue the excellent industrial practices that the historic, qualified company Carbonella sas, manufacturer of turned small parts since 1972, was known for, namely its production capacity, product quality and impeccable service. Industrial expertise built on skills acquired over the years and the result of the significant investments made in technology and the latest-generation equipment. The strong skills acquired over the years, our highly qualified personnel, and the significant investments made in ever-evolving technologies and the latest-generation equipment allow us to work specifically with metal materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel 303 and 304, AVP and plastics such as Delrin, Teflon and Peek. Diameters ranging from 3 to 32 mm. Thanks to our extremely flexible production structure we can handle orders ranging from a few thousand to millions of manufactured pieces.
