Meccanica Hi Tech Srl, located in the industrial area of Ponte Rosso, one of the best and most efficient
industrial centers of the North-East, is a reality that has been operating since 2004 in various sectors of mechanics
providing client companies with valid technical and logistical support regarding production
of mechanical components, managing the entire production cycle, with the exception of design,
paying particular attention to the quality of the product and the implementation timing.
MHT srl proposes to the customer the realization of mechanical parts finished to drawing, with the complete
supply of the material (solid wood, fusion, electro-welded), and groups assembled according to customer specifications, including pneumatic and electrical systems.

Founded in 1963 as Snc, Min-Tor is a renowned company in the sector of mechanical small parts and precision shafts for electric motors for use in various sectors. Thanks to the quality of its products and the always punctual deliveries, it has grown over time until it became an Srl in 1980. The highly qualified staff and the desire to improve have allowed Min-Tor to receive UNI EN ISO 9001 certification: 2000, a guarantee for all its vast clientele.
The company is spread over a covered area of 5000 square meters in a new structure built in 2003 and can count on a fleet of machines for the production of small, medium and large series, CNC sliding headstock lathes and cam lathes, as well as a complete range of machines suitable for finishing such as plunge and infeed grinding and machines suitable for reworking operations such as rolling, hobbing, transfer and induction hardening Our production is based on the specific design of the customers, also offering a consultancy service and feasibility of the details.

AUTOMATIC PRECISION TORNERIA

Since 1995 MINUTER has been manufacturing small machined parts on customer’s drawing and specifications, with CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes in conformity with certified quality system ISO 9001.
Thanks to the twenty years of experience in the automatic lathes field, the company has specialized in the production of medium/small diameter (from 2 to 35 mm) brass, free-cutting steels, aluminium and stainless steel complex parts.
The products are meant for a wide range of sectors such as: valves, taps and fittings, gas regulators, pneumatic, electronic (connectors parts), thermal hydraulics, equipment for GPL… and wherever parts with tight tolerances, complex and precise machining are required.
The production is supported by an internal laboratory with cutting-edge measuring instruments such as: two optical profilometer Ommelwerke, an optical machine OGP, a 3D Zeiss, a roughness tester and other control instruments.
