Founded in 1966, Nuova Torneria Zanotti is specilized in precision turning.
The excellent quality of the oil-pressure parts manufactured in the dedicated department deserves a special mention.
Following the technical drawings of a project owned by the client we produce:
- Oil- pressure valves like relief valves, check valves, anti- cavitation valves, etc.
- Distributors spools control
Besides the finished parts we also manufacture oil-pressure parts as seats, valves, cartridges, stems, spindles, stoppers, pins and all parts use in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry.

Equipment: we have at our disposal 31 new and reliable CNC lathes with bar loader, which allow us to execute top quality processing up to a maximum of 70 mm. We perform all processes from the raw material to the finished product: turning, routing, tapping, broaching, boring, lapping, rolling, deburring, etc.. We dispose of a special department for the cleaning of the finished parts equipped with: two blasting machines (for deburring and removal of impurities), two washing plants (complete remval of debris), one oiling plant (to reduce oxidation).

Nuova Torneria Zanotti acts since several years as a prime contractor, supplying the finished turned part to the customer. We in fact have put special care in choosing our subcontractors, which guarantee high quality standard in following processes: heat treatments, grinding and lapping, both internal and external, surface treatments: zinc coating, phospating, burnishing, anodizing etc.

Assembling: An important part of our Company is the department for the assembling of oil-pressure valves, accessories for the automotive industry, spare parts for oil-pressure distributors. Our engineers have designed and built special, polyfunctional equipment for the assembling of custom-made products. Upon request, Nuova Torneria Zanotti can perform checks and controls on 100% of the assembled parts.

Materials: AVP, AVZ, PR 80, 16CrNi4, 16CrNi4Pb, 18CrMo5,42CrMS4, 18CrMo5, 42CrMS4, Aluminium 11s, Brass, Inox Aisi 303, ETG 88, ETG 100. PVC , Teflon Ergal and other alloys containing steel, copper, bronze and cast iron.

QUALITY is one of the cornerstones in our Company. Quality controls are carefully performed in all steps of the manufacturing process. Our metrological laboratory is equipped with precision control instruments for checking and testing of manufactured parts during all steps: from the start of the project to final checks before shipment The following certificates are always delivered to our customers:

• Roundness, concentricity and roughness
certificates for lapping and grinding;

We offer 20 years of professional experience in the areas of derusting, degreasing, grinding, priming and powder coating. We specialize in industrial machine parts such as gears, machine housings or computer housings. Alloy rims, steel rims, steel plates, brake calipers, motorcycle frames or the like are also no problem. We currently offer the dimensions 1.60 cm long and 70 cm wide.

Officine Meccaniche Irpine has, for over thirty years, been at the forefront of the Italian aerospace industry, operating on a World-wide basis.

Officine Meccaniche Irpine (OMI), has worked in the Aerospace Industry for over thirty years, consolidating supply relationships and establishing collaborations with major national industries for the production of parts and equipment. Production departments were started and developed in “Industrial Area Calaggio” in Lacedonia, a province of Avellino, in a covered production area of 10,000 M², the base for over ninety staff. I would like to briefly introduce our company.

In September 2004, Mr. Johann Nussbaumer founded with the OTN GmbH in St. Georgen am Fillmannsbach (district Braunau) the largest galvanizing plant in Austria.

Since our factory but already has reached its capacity limits, OTN opened in Sinabelkirchen (district Weiz) now already a second plant.

As a location for the second galvanizing OTN Sinabelkirchen is the best choice,

In addition to the traffic-favorable access to the A2 to Sinabelkirchen characterized by strong customer focus.

Both the Slovak which Hungarian and Slovene space approach routes to the galvanizing have therefore been considerably shortened.

Many of our customers who have been galvanized abroad now benefit from significantly lower transport costs

and the run shops towards Germany.
