Manfred Schell founded his company in Saalfelden/ Austria in 1994.
The company, Manfred Schell GmbH, is still located in Saalfelden today and has also been an important training location for apprentices since 2001.
The 4-year training with a focus on mechanical engineering and machining technology offers the ideal conditions for starting a successful career.
The former regional customer base has developed well over time. Today, customers from all over Austria, Europe and also worldwide make use of reliable, innovative potential for technical problem solutions of all kinds.
Since January 2020, Manfred Schell GmbH has had a new shareholder, namely bwebsystems s.r.l.
This will also result in additional strategic, technical and commercial synergies.
Current and future customers will benefit from the offer and service options.

We offer high-precision production parts (large and small quantities) devices as well as complete assemblies in the field of contract manufacturing.

Modern CNC machines enable the production of complex machined parts and turned parts. We mill on 8 machining centers with 3 - to 5-axis.

All CNC machines are networked with our Esprit - Programming Station. Here not only programs can be created, but also programs and drawings are processed for our customers.

We are a system supplier, that is, our services include:

We are a family-run company based in Neuenrade and have over 5 decades of experience in toolmaking. Back then, purely specialized in eroding, we now have a machine park that extends over CNC milling machines with 5-axes, countersinking and wire eroding machines. We manufacture your components in 3D with the Mastercam and Mecanic programs.

Our portfolio includes progressive tools (punching, bending, deep drawing), fixture construction, prototype tools, standard parts, etc. We would be happy to support you with our know-how from the idea to implementation, as well as the ongoing production and maintenance of your tool. Laser Cutting / Sheet Metal

We are three laser cutting machines Trumpf available. Thus we have the opportunity, extremely flexible to process your orders and to respond to obvious delivery. Our processing spectrum is as follows:

Metal foils with thicknesses well below one millimeter or sheet thicknesses up to 25 mm - TRUMPF Laser cut everything consistent with the known quality and reliability. The cut edges are burr-free, the kerf narrow and strictly limited the heat affected zone.

Turning / milling / drilling

In the field of machining we can build on the know-how of our qualified staff. These are supported by a total of 8 machines. Of the 4 of us are CNC lathes the company spinners, as well as 3 CNC machining centers for the production are available. Also available is a manual lathe that comes in small series in use.

Welding / fixture

Because of the many opportunities and special benefits MAG welding is used by us.To name a DC in the first place here is the extremely high productivity in MAG - welding. It also supports us a welding robot of the company IGM. This allows us in a very short time to produce large series of different modules.

Since we want as quickly as possible and high quality finished welded assemblies for you, is us, a separate fixture available.

Measurement

In order to bring the highest quality standards to the customer, the field of measurement technology has been strengthened. The INFINITE arm is the most accurate and versatile articulated arm. Patented rotation axes without rotation limit, fast probe exchange, integrated digital camera, including wireless connectivity and battery power offer unlimited mobility. The main applications are the measurement of devices and welded assemblies.

Assembly

Our production is completed by the "ATTIS assembly line". These are high-quality agricultural machinery (bale wrapper) from Welger. This ensures a high impact strength, excellent and easy operation as well as a unique security feature.

Foreign production / external processing

For product realization are our highly specialized partner. This applies in the fields of painting, powder coating, galvanize, harden and turn tube.

Eggerstorfer develops and manufactures test benches for numerous highly complex tasks in industry and research, including brake technology, compressors and pumps. With experience and innovative ideas, we support you right from the conception phase and work out performance data and specifications together with you.

With our proven engineering process chain, we optimize the organizational workflow, make optimal use of all resources and provide our customers with transparent and comprehensible insights into the project status.
