The company Bathen metalworking GmbH consists of two production halls
in Solmser business park, with a total area of about 1500 square meters. With a
Staff of 19 young and dynamic staff, we are very flexible and
can adapt quickly to new tasks.
We manufacture since 1992, single and series parts according to drawing, sample or technical
Drawing for the following industries:
General engineering and precision engineering, special purpose machinery, weldments,

We, the B & K CNC - Machining GmbH & Co. KG as a contract manufacturer producing complex components for mechanical engineering and industry.
Our core competencies in cutting is CNC turning, CNC milling.
In our CNC production, we utilize the latest CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.
The manufacturing we follow from small series to mass production. For our customers we develop in manufacturing technology cost-optimized parts.
CNC machining at the highest level is our goal.
We manufacture the most modern CNC lathes on which we manufacture of individual parts to large series turned parts ranging in size from 8 to DM DM 440. Our CNC lathes are equipped with bar feeders, rotary tools and various serial devices. The materials we use to go from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, plastics to stainless steels. The cutting of problematic materials is our strength.

Milling we can for you on our 3axle, 5Axis, machining centers up to a size of 10 x 10 x 10 to 1000 x 510 x 500 edit components.
Our machining centers are equipped with tool changers. We have specialized in milling on complex multi-page edits in various materials such as high strength aluminum, hard-machining steels, plastics and stainless steels. With our wide range of machinery we manufacture a wide variety of precision parts according to your needs. All CNC controls are directly linked.
