We are a young company that provides its employees with semi-finished products of steel and stainless steel to buyers in Germany. The company already for 7 years successfully provides machining parts and weldments to Germany. We have 3 tested TIG welder and a MIG / MAG welding. The team is complemented by an additional 4 Adjuster. Through the weekly shipment to Germany with our own vehicles, we are very flexible and deliver just in time. For our production we have modern welding machines and other machinery for metalworking (lathe, pipe bending machine and machining centers)

Our production scope ranges from individual components (tube plates, jacket flanges jacket shots etc ...), assembly production (preheaders, housing, bundle) up to complete production.
We manufacture quickly and flexibly in very good Quality according to drawings.

With our modern CNC machines that are supported by a strong CAD / CAM system of SolidWorks, we are capable of even complex parts on our 5-axis machining center to manufacture. The largest processing size in the milling: X = 1000mm, Y = 700mm, Z = 600mm / Turning range: D = 600mm x 1200mm.

Machining
EFG Engineering can process aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium/nickel-based super alloy materials on 5-axis, 4-axis, 3-axis CNC milling and lathes in accordance with customer requirements, with precise tolerances and in accordance with AS9100 Quality Management System Requirements.
In addition, Computer Aided Design (CAD) can be made in line with customer demands and production map can be drawn beforehand.

Sheet Metal
We make high precision laser cutting of aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
We perform bending processes with CNC press brakes.
Welded Manufacturing
In our welding department, armor steel, stainless steel, steel and aluminum welding applications can be made. It currently provides services to defense industry companies.
In addition, our company carries out WPS and WPQR studies and will receive relevant approvals as soon as possible.
