We work with drawing parts in medium size (max. 1 meter), where particular finishing’s are in higher accuracy required with very small tolerances.

Being on the market for many years, Clock 1200 ensures high precision, speed and reliability.

The X axis guide on two different levels makes the carriage unit extremely rigid, globally increasing machine performance and cutting volume.

Equipped with the vertical continuously rotating table, Clock 1200 can turn into a multitasking machine capable of turning, milling and grinding.

IPPM is a company specialized in the production of plastic injection moulds, founded in 2002. The company has been manufacturing moulds for the automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, household and packaging industries. With a large accumulated experience in mind, the company offers customers the credibility needed to make moulds for the general industry and in particular for cars, especially optics, consoles, wires, guides, buttons and other elements inherent to the modelling of plastic parts, as well as bi-component parts.

IPPM performs Thin Thickness, Unscrewing, 2 and 3 component Moulds, Multi-Cavity, for Rubber, for Semi-solid metal casting and for Plastic Injection in general. We also provide Grinding, Technical Mould Adjustment, Assembly and Tuning, Repair and Maintenance, Parts and Electrodes Machining, Parts Erosion, 3D Modelling, 2D Programming and Drawing.

Rotating parts
The rotating workpieces is the max. Turning length at 3000 mm. In the most modern CNC and NC lathes Precision turning parts can be made of the highest quality.

Cubic parts
On two machining centers can be machined up to 800 kg in three axes workpieces weighing. On the third machining center with NC rotary table can be machined in 4 axles workpieces weighing up to 300 kg.

On the new machining center workpieces can be machined up to 1000 kg in five axes.
