The two companies owner Helmut Kreutz (K) and Juan Palma-Fajardo (P) founded in 2000, the company based in Sankt Augustin. As a certified technician in the field of production engineering and masters in toolmakers craft both bring with the appropriate technical expertise.
Our focus is in the area of tool and equipment, as well as in contract manufacturing in the field of turning and milling.

After years of working in specialized companies force made in 1967 Hermann as a rotary master with two conventional lathes independently.

The first local client base of the fledgling company expanded rapidly, so Hermann force in 1974 was able to buy another building and let this remodel as a workshop.
At the same time two were CNC - lathes bought to supply and cost with standard parts and now customers in high quality can ..

In 1991, Horst force, the son of the founder, operation, management, and changed the company to Kraft GmbH Mechanical workshop - to. Since then, in the craft operating a small medium-sized businesses become, the regional borders is well known and has an excellent reputation in the various industries.

It is the constant pursuit of Kraft GmbH, exploit opportunities for rationalization through accurate recording of customer requirements, new technologies and modern machines and thus fulfill the customer requirements optimally.The steadily increasing number of clients, an expanding machinery and growth of skilled workers underline this trend.

In November 1996 the company moved to Kraft GmbH the new premises at Bolenzer digging in Oberderdingen - Flehingen and thereby improves further optimization and expansion of the manufacturing processes in accordance with the market requirements and the state of the art. The production team consists of experienced employees that meet the high demands of customers. Thus, the force is also GmbH at any time to follow in the situation the increased demands of the market through customer-specific solutions to problems in first-class quality on time. A foundry was established in 1966 as a department of ingot moulds of the then Lenin’s Steelworks in Krakow. Since the beginning of its activity, the company has specialized in manufacturing such casting equipment as:
- Ingot Moulds
- Hot Tops
- Bottom Plates
- Trumpets
- Slag Pots

What is more, in the second half of the 1990s the foundry extended a manufacturing profile by including production of counterweights for wheeled cranes. In 1995, on the basis of the ingot mould department, there was established a joint-stock company Krakodlew S.A.


The foundry is equipped with two medium frequency induction furnaces with the capacity equal to 5 and 25 tones and a storage for liquid pig iron with the capacity equal to 150 tones. Castings are made of grey, nodular and vermicular cast iron. The weight of castings ranges from 1 to 80 tones.


At present, the Krakodlew SA provides foundry equipment for about 50 steel plants. Our products are delivered to such countries as: Poland, Czech, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Switzerland, France, Norway, Iceland, Italy, Belgium, USA. The export comes to about 95% of the total sale.

The company was founded in 1997 Kramer precision parts.

The production hall was newly built in the industrial park of the city in 1998
Schlettau be inaugurated and has been extended by a further production hall in September 2007.

As part and assembly manufacturer for the machine and plant construction, as well as for the automotive industry, the total customer satisfaction and fulfillment of product quality is our ultimate goal.

By constantly developing new investments in machinery, our customer orders on the latest CNC controlled machines can be edited and the establishment of a conditioned measuring room with a 3-D CNC measuring machine quality assurance and documentation of the quality parameter is optimally guaranteed.

Kranz & Naegele is specialized in the manufacture of precision components with high precision for laser optics, aerospace and instrumentation. In addition to the production of components using the latest CNC machining centers, we offer in the field of precision mechanical equipment engineering at the complete project management from design services through to installation and final inspection. Prior to a contract award, we offer consultancy in construction issues from the point of production to minimize costs. The entire project is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

Both the order processing and the mechanical manufacturing work in two shifts. This is available until late in the evening a competent contact person.

We are small family based polish company located in west Poland, in Szczecin (just few kilometers from German border) with more then 20 years experience in manufacturing metal components. We are basically using two technologies: cutting/forming on presses and machining. Our customers are both polish and foreign companies, from different sectors like furniture, household equipment, playgrounds, building industry.

We are equipped with eccentric presses varying from 10 up to 160 tons of load (also automatic ones), thus we can manufacture different kind of components: support plates, fixtures, holders, fixing plates etc. in high quantities (up to 50.000 per day). We have a knowledge on designing die sets to produce such a components, and having toolshop equipped in grinding machine and EDM machine, we can make our own die sets and tooling.

In terms of machining we have conventional milling machines and lathe, but also CNC milling machine and CNC lathe, which allows us to machine metal components in repetitive and precise way.

We also have two injection molding machine, where you can make small to medium size of plastic products (eg from polypropylene or polyamide).
