Our company is a family business with 75 years of tradition.
In the Bavarian Alps between Munich and Salzburg, on the
Located Chiemsee, we finished in a building with about 750 m² of production area. We process your order according to their wishes, offer
but also customized solutions from idea to product.

L.G. Lavorazione gomma is specialized in injection and compression moulding of rubber
articles and in mechanical manufacturing of plastic materials and electrical insulating for
the production of little and middle joint series used in the industrial field.
Our machines allow us to produce a wide range of articles and to use the most fitting machine
for the required manufacture and for the lot of production demanded.
We can provide our customers with two different mechanical manufacturing processes:
cutting and/or punching of insulating materials and rubber plates and manufacturing by
means of C.N.C. machinery. Our products can be realized with elastomers fitted for client’s
requests: we have realized for the electromechanical field some auto-extinguishing batches in CR (neoprene) or in SI (silicone) that pass VO class of UL94 norm.
We use plastic materials such as polyamide, acetylic resin, PTFE or thermosetting materials like NEMA, GP03, NEMA G5, NEMA G7, NEMA G10, G11, FR4 and paper or cloth laminates with
modified phenol resin.
According to ISO 9004 norm our society can satisfy any customer’s needs for the manufacture
of products according to the customer’s drawings and desires.

Machine park:

- 1 265 tons injection press with a 1000CC capacity; with vacuum pump;
- 1 300 tons compressing press controlled by microprocessor, 550x600 mm plan
with vacuum bell;
- 1 220 tons compressing press controlled by microprocessor with 600x600 plan;
- 1 punching press;
- 1 milling machine CNC with a table 1360x2560mm and a tool support revolver 8
positions
- 1 CNC copy lathe for working of diameter till 160mm and rods working till diam
32 mm.
- 1 parallel lathe;
- 1 cutting press;
Square machine, drills, tapping machine, centre lathe and copying lathe
complete the machine park and allow us to front all of our customer’s requests.
