Our company was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship with 2 main profiles,
Metalworking and trading.

In 2004 we got the opportunity to become a supplier for a well-known automotive
Component manufacturer (BPW Hungaria Kft). In 2007 we have our first CNC
bought a controlled lathe. In 2009 we built a new workshop in Szombathely
Thanks to our order situation we were able to get our machine part in 2012 and 2013
expand.

Since 1997 we have acquired huge experience providing CONTROL DEVICES for Air
conditioning, Power Steering, Oil and Brakes, Flexible Tubes, Exhausts, Stamped Parts
for the main OEM suppliers and constructors.

We design according to your drawings or with a sample fulfilling your specific request.
All these Data are represented on a measurement certificate in order to prove that what you get is what you have requested for variable or attributive check method can be improved on our gauges.

Using GO/NO GOES checking can be made easy and fast.

Our fixtures are made in high quality Aluminum, steel, resin or any other material regarding our costumer’s project requirements. This will allow you to place the gauges directly on the production line, avoiding on this way staff displacement.

Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States).

My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy.
We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates.
