SIM Gdynia was founded in 1978 and has been a family company since then. We specialise in machining, in CNC technology and in the production of the highest quality machining components for all branches of industry. Initially, our company is a good example of the fulfillment of “The American Dream” and it shows it is possible in any circumstances. our own production of worm gear,
the CAD/CAM/CAE computer aided design and manufacturing system,

Since 1959, the company SIMON is active both as a manufacturer of molds for plastic injection and as a designer of special machines.

The enterprise was founded in 1997 and exists consequently for 19 years. We are active in three fields:
CNC metal processing by turning and milling,
Custom clearence, and
Book keeping

Currently, we have 16 employees. 7 of them are employed in the metal processing business unit. For the production a hall containing a surface of 1000 m2 and a close-by administration building (220 m2) were built. We can offer full service for our partners - from the CNC turning and milling of the metals, to the transport and custom clearance services.

We are located in the city Derventa, which is 25 kilometers far from the border of Croatia and European Union.

By using a KUKA welding robot, we can meet factory specifications exactly and on time. In addition, we have a HEDELIUS machining center and high-quality DEMMELER welding tables to make our components precisely tailored. A hall crane with a 10 ton lifting capacity and a BEHRINGER band saw enable us to cut and process large steel beams on an 800 m² production area.

Regular training and further education of our motivated employees, as well as certifications according to European standard, extend our fields of competence.
