The company UHLIG Präzisions Fertigungs GmbH is domiciled in the picturesque Ore Mountains region about 15 km far from Chemnitz/Germany.
Since its foundation in 1997, the company has been dealing with the manufacture of prismatic precision parts predominantly made from aluminium and has developed to day into a solid enterprise.

According to your standards, our employees are manufacturing prototypes, one-offs, small and medium batches on up-to-date CNC machining centres. Further, we have got the possibility of series production by means of robotics.

The company UKM Vehicle Parts GmbH has specialized in the production of precision parts with a high technological content. We manufacture large and small series according to drawings or samples with single-spindle automatic lathes from the manufacturer Traub (A15, A20, A25) and Index (25, C29, B60), as well as special designs with eye-hand coordination.

Our repertoire includes the production of short turned parts in a wide range of metallic round materials, such as free cutting steel, brass, VA, aluminum, gunmetal, etc. in the area of

• These are our modern manufacturing. Through the consistent expansion of the production machinery machining centers we are very flexible in processing.We produce cubic components up to a size of 1.80 mx 1.80 mx 1.8 m with the highest accuracy (5 μ).
• All machining centers have tool storage with 240-350 tools, palettes, and swivel heads with 5-side machining. In this way we minimize the set up time and can go unmanned shifts.

Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH specializes in drop forging parts made of aluminum. Design and construction of the tooling as well as mechanical machining are done quasi in house, using modern CAD/CAM equipment and up-to-date machinery. We have 7 friction press machines with a press capacity of up to 16,000 kN available. Work pieces with up to 7 kg blank weight can be manufactured.

A final treatment of the forged parts is optional. Chemical etching with sodium hydroxide or blasting with corundum, glass, aluminum or stainless steel balls gives the parts a special surface finish, which serves as the base for further surface refinement.

We serve the automotive industry (2-wheel and 4-wheel) as well as manufacturers of valves, electrical fittings, awnings, solar technique, alpine sports industry and many others.
