The history of Ziegler Präzisionsteile in Georgensgmünd starts in 1992 with the development of ambitious special machines and automation systems. The experience thus gathered was essential for the dimensioning of our own production processes and the consultation of customers for part optimisation, material selection, post-processing and finishing.

Today, we focus on the high-precision production of ambitious machined parts made of metal matrix composites (MMC) as well as milled parts / turned and milled parts for medical technology, the aerospace industry, motor sports, equipment technology, and sights and mechanical engineering.

The company Ernst Zieker GmbH was founded in 1955 by Mr. Ernst Zieker.

History of Zihos
Zihos sro was founded in 1991 as a production company with a focus on garden tools and garden technology. The first type of very popular cultivator was manufactured here as early as 1992. Nowadays, the production specializes in particular in CNC machining, manufacture of antenna holders, custom production, production of special machines and welded constructions. The company 1 is located at the Švihov site.900 m2 production area and an office building are available. In 2013 the new location in Klatovy was established. This location covers a total area of 5,000 m2 and the focus of its offer is on CNC machining and construction activity. Zihos has experienced dynamic development since the company was founded, as shown, for example, by the number of employees, which has risen from originally five to over 40 employees. Our business partners include well-known domestic and foreign companies, the most important of which include, for example, ASSAT or Firmconsult, Instron, Herink ...

In 2014 ZIHOS sro was certified according to ČSN EN ISO 1090, we can therefore produce the components subject to this standard and draw up the CE declaration of performance.

Our company has a certified welding system according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2, with this certification we can guarantee the high quality of welding work by ZIHOS s.ro guarantee.

In 2018 the location in Klatovy was split off and the new company ZIHOS Klatovy was founded, which is geared towards the processing of larger complexes.

We are a solid positioned company which for over 20 years engaged in the tooling and contract manufacturing.

As a competent and powerful partner we manufacture according to customer drawings or record accurately one-offs, small batches and assemblies. We offer all technical production, technological and organizational services for the realization of your projects. The products are manufactured using the latest CNC technology and powerful CAM software.

Our drive elements made of plastics are manufactured exclusively by injection, optionally at special rework in machining processes.

With our advanced injection molding machines and by ongoing investment in current technology, we are able, our products cost-effective and automated at the highest level to manufacture.

The injection molding process allows us to produce both parts with high accuracy as well as mass-produced in a short time.

The necessary tools for this are either already available or are prepared by Zipperle itself.

In addition, we also manufacture special parts in various geometries and in a variety of chemical-resistant plastics.
