GLEICH Group of companies is a family owned business based in Kaltenkirchen, close to Hamburg in the northern part of Germany.
Established in 1980 by Günter (†2006) and Christel Gleich presently
managed by 2 nd generation.

By the 1990‘s GLEICH successfully developed and introduced their in-house
produced G.AL® aluminium cast plates. Aluminium cast plates are very stress free, very form stable and of remarkable homogeneity compared to conventional rolled aluminium. Today GLEICH is one of the leading companies in the global aluminium cast plate market supplying its well known G.AL® plates, blocks, cut to size parts and customized components all over the world.

Headquarter and main production facilities are based in Kaltenkirchen, Germany.
The GLEICH Group today consists of 3 independent Service- Centres: two in Germany and one in the Czech Republic and of 2 independent sales offices: one in Austria and one in Hong Kong.
A CNC Machining- Centre completes the range of product services.
GLEICH Group employs approximately 160 qualified people.

The company Glessmann AG operated for more than 60 years in the field of mechanical large parts manufacturing for components and assemblies up to 10 t. The offer includes prototyping, large mold, building of welded constructions (steel, aluminum), the production of spare parts and the implementation of machine controls. The individual technical production machining is carried out on modern machines (turning ø1850 x 4000 [mm], milling 4000 x 1200 x 1000 [mm], cylindrical grinding (vertical and horizontal), Surface grinding / guideway loops 4000 x 1400 x 1200 [mm], boring 2800 x 1800 x 1600 [mm], ring rollers, straightening presses).

GM Manufacturing Technology was founded in 1999 by mechanical engineer Martin Gutekunst.

The company manufactures computer-controlled manufacturing equipment items, small and medium series, prototypes as well as complete assemblies for well-known companies from the region.
Using the latest technology, turning, milling and surface grinding high-precision components are manufactured at GM technology, which find application in the tool, machine or mold, in medicine or electrical engineering as well as in the solar industry.

The combination of craftsmanship and the use of modern CNC machines allow for healthy growth until today.

So GM could Manufacturing Technology in May 2007 after a year of planning and construction into their new company building in the industrial area Gottheim.

Founded on the 1st of July 1998 in the garage of Messrs. José Grana and son, Grana Tribofinition has consistently worked to expand the company every single year. Our work has paid off, and our company is now housed in a 2000m² building on 8000m² of land.

We are constantly striving for new ways to satisfy our clients and partners. This is why Grana Tribofinition has invested in the skills and resources needed to obtain the ISO 9001 certification, followed quickly by the ISO 13484 and EN 9100.

Our range of treatment processes on offer has also expanded to keep up with our clients’ and partners’ demands.

- 1998: 25m² - vibratory finishing equipment, and all of the options that come with it (deburring, polishing, brightening, deoxidation, descaling, etc.)

- 1999: 180m² - a sand-blasting unit is added to the vibratory finishing system to increase our options for deburring, descaling, etc.

- 2003: 800m² - shot peening and the associated advantages are added to our resources

- 2008: 2000m² - three processing lines are added, giving us a range of surface treatment options: zinc and manganese conversion coating, black oxide coating on steel and stainless steel sanding then passivation. All of these treatments are available in their natural form, or in one of several different finishes.

- 2013: to meet the current and future environmental requirements, Grana Tribofinition invested in a new decontamination system.

- 2014: our first time participating in the MISDEST PARIS trade show alongside the Haute-Savoie Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
