Our company was founded in 1991 and continues to evolve forward.



Next to the stairs production, the manufacture of gates and fences, railings and general metal more and more connections develop in the direction of machine and plant engineering.



The manufacture of welded assemblies and machine base frames plays an increasingly important role. Extensive machining for large parts are possible on nearby farms cooperation.



With subsequent powder coating, we supply finished assemblies to our customers.

We mainly manufacture welded assemblies for mechanical engineering and plant construction, steel St 37 area and
St 52, processing of profile steel sheets, by the possibility of subsequent powder coating, we are bound to the following dimensions - Oven size 9m x 2,5 m x 3m

Our company stands out with expertise and years of experience in welding, adhering to high industry standards. Our production process is carried out according to established standards such as EN 3834-2, EN ISO 15085-2 CL-1, EN ISO 1090-2 EXC3. Welding of stainless steel, steel, and aluminum is conducted in separate halls, ensuring high-quality production in compliance with industry regulations.

With a total production area of 4000 m2, our facility includes welding halls where a team of thirty qualified and certified welders, supervised by an internal welding engineer (IWE), operates. Thanks to our large capacity, we guarantee prompt and efficient delivery of both individual and batch-produced items to our clients.

One of our factory's unique features is the ability to provide corrosion protection for welded products within the same facility, reducing the risk of damage during handling. We utilize advanced technologies such as painting and powder coating to ensure excellent anti-corrosion properties.

Metfon was founded in 1977 and is a small family company specialised in aluminum high pressure diecasting. We try to give to our customer the finished parts so for this reason we have a tool-shop that allow us to produce the tool and also a machining department.
