Motor Classic has extensive experience in manufacturing automotive parts. Our strengths include not only 5-axis simultaneous processing and the production of complex components, but also the production of workpieces with high precision and critical surface roughness.

Simultaneous, multi-axis high-tech machines
Our machinery offers maximum precision and speed. Our machines with different kinematics cover the production of most types of components. With our mobile laser scanner, we can check the workpiece even during CNC processing. To achieve low cycle times, we use high-speed cutting tools (HSC). Our measurements are carried out in an air-conditioned measuring room, where our highly qualified measurement technicians continuously check the components throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our machinery includes high-tech tools and equipment of the highest quality.

Turnkey CNC solutions
Our expertise ranges from material procurement to measurements to final delivery. When manufacturing complex components, we use heat treatment and coating to ensure the highest quality, regardless of the base material. We take care of the entire coordination, from ordering materials to delivery to the customer. Our machines are supported by robots, which enable automated series production. Our plant has excellent expertise in reconstructing and reverse-engineering workpieces, even without available technical documentation. We adapt flexibly to new manufacturing technologies that meet the latest trends.

The tech group Genthin is an owner-managed family company whose origins can be traced back to the establishment of a company in 1990. At the beginning, Mike Pietrzak traded in automotive parts and accessories. The company's change to today's tech group was the result of economic changes. These were used through sensitivity and a helping of courage to realign oneself. After completing their training, he began to involve his sons in the company. They should continue the traditional company and raise additional pillars. In 2016, the family's business acumen proved to be correct once again, and the market expansion in the industrial and energy sectors was successfully accepted. In the early eighties, MPE developed a production in all precision engineering sectors at high technology levels, especially in the automotive one.
In 1997 the company moved to the current factory and achieved a production capacity of 15 million components per year.

We are a company with a lot of experience and 25 years of experience. Our factory is located in the
town of Ptuj in Slovenia, about 3 km from the highway, Zagreb - Graz. At the moment with 21
employees of which 3 in administration others in the production or construction.
Our main offer is steel construction, plant construction, transport technology, manual workstations
in the automotive industry, hydraulic lifting platforms and systems according to customer
specifications, crane runways, cranes, steel constructions or plants leading to various applications
according to the wishes of our customers.
In the year 2019 we acquired. Company that has been on specialized on Hdraulichs lifts, freight
lifts and special lifting solutions.. We took over the complete design and manufacturing department
with their machines and existing customers. More about it under www.hiszelenik.si We started to
dewelop a simple spindle driwen Lifting tabe that will be ready for customer end of 2020.
At present we are able to realize projects up to 150tones in total in the shortest time without any
problem, more possible. We are happy to accept also smaller orders.
Majority of our products is made of construction steel to S355 grade and a smaller part of
Stainlessteel , Aluminum and Hardox!
With our partner companies from Germany or Slovenia we are able to take over larger projects
completely. From design, manufacturing, assembly, supervision ....
We are certified according to EN1090-2 to EXC3, EN3834-2 and EN 13445-4 at TÜV SÜD
Germany. We have VT and MT exams in house, other NDT exams externally. Welding supervisor
IWT in the Shop and ekstra superwision IWE external.
We can also process parts up to 2000x850mm on a CNC machining center. We are happy to weld
the parts ourselves.
