Competence in Soldering Equipment

Soldering Frames are primarily used to transport PCBs in soldering machines while simultaneously fixating “through-hole components” by using Top Hat Systems. With our specially developed ESD material, which is able to endure high temperatures and chemical resistance, the ISOVOLTA Soldering Frames are able to withstand thousands of soldering cycles.
ISOVOLTA Soldering Frames and masks are custom-made innovative products.
The design of the mask is defined by the PCB, the machine and the customer`s requirements.

Kappstein, founded in 2012, is an innovative company based in Gotha / Thuringia, that specializes in the development and production of premium bike components with a focus on bike transmission technology. In our product portfolio, amongst others, you can find fixed gear and professional track cycling products, which were partly developed in cooperation with FES (German R&D Institute for the development of equipment for Germanys top athletes) and the German Cycling federation. Kappstein supplies Germany’s top athletes with high quality stainless steel sprockets as well as 7075 T6 aluminum chain rings (see pictures attached). Due to the close cooperation with professional athletes, we were able to achieve many successes down to the present day. Concerning the manufacturing, we have already gained a lot of practical experience with various interface standards such as 9 spline, sure fit and threading sprockets. The Linner Tooling GmbH is a family owned company in Wolnzach near Munich with about 120 employees. Precision series production

Our series production deals with companies in the electronic industry mainly. For those companies a high quantity of products in good quality matters and so we use our turning automats, rotary transfer machines and indexing table machines in optimal way to meet theire requirements in a flexible and economical way.
Precision tools and components

The division has a big branch of customers from different industries for whom it produces special-purpose tools as fastener for reversing plates, profile and forming tools and many more. The range of parts produced in this division is limited by diameters up to 250 x 250 mm and we use combinations of grinding, eroding, milling or turning in an optimal way to ensure good quality. Therefore we use 5-axis milling centers and the latest CAD / CAM Systems to guarantee repeatability and the high standard of quality.
Tool sharpening

With most modern 5-axis CNC grinding machines and with the help of graphical simulation programs we produce new tools as stepped drills, profile millers and special-purpose tools. Further we regrind or reproduce special and standard tools with original geometrical data so the tools are as capable as new once.
Off course we also offer common and special coatings and we are able to supply kanban-systems, a stock at your place and supply you just in time.

Rotary bulk of production

Rollers and cylinders. manroland offers the complete process chain for machining of cylinders and rollers:
Turning, milling and drilling into a voltage on modern CNC machining centers and final grinding. There are also successful partnerships for gavanische surface finishing.

Non-circular grinding. The special features of the machinery for rolling and the cylinder with appropriate controls is also the non-circular machining of precisely defined contours no problem.


Prismatic large-part manufacturing

Bulk of production.manroland manufacture components with size 2.2 meters wide x 2.5 meters long x 2 meters in height and weighing up to 2 tons. In the doubles table operating a processing to eleven meters in length. Our machines operate with a capacity of up to 100 kilowatts.
