We are a manufacturing plant for steel, machinery and plant in Aachen.



Our four workshops in Walheim are 1900 m2 large, up to 12 m high, and feature five overhead cranes of 5 tons. up to 50 tons. Carrying capacity.

About us

Our dynamic growing company was established in 2006. We are focused on metal processing orders mainly for OEM in automotive industry i.e. palettes and special palettes. Our products are utilized by leading OEM as MERCEDES-BENZ, BMW, AUDI, PORSCHE, MAN in their assembly operations. Our product line comprises of course also other types of steel structures including welded components, mouldings and components cut by flame (autogenous or plasma arc) as well.

We are a medium sized company with about 60 employees near Ingolstadt. The company Schermer has now been around 32 years. Our production focus lies in the production of precision parts (accuracy to 0.002 mm) for mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry and the automotive industry.

In addition to high-precision individual parts and small series, we also manufacture complete equipment and tools. So we are as a supplier specializing in the most common heat treatment methods such as case hardening, nitriding and vacuum hardening.
