We are specialists in laser cutting and precise bending. We have 4 state-of-the-art laser cutting machines and experienced operators to ensure that our capacity and quality can meet customer's demand. Our focus is on parts fabricated from sheet metal. In addition to laser cutting, we can offer precise bending, rivetting, locksmith works, welding, etc.

We regularly supply parts to our customers in Germany and Holland, as well as within the Czech Republic.

Technomatel is specialized in welding and construction of welded structures in steel and aluminum. We are certified by Uni En Iso 9001 and Uni En Iso 3834-3.
The welding is performed manually for small series and robotized for medium and large series.The welding processes available are mag, mig, tig.
We are 40 employees.
We are able to supply the product of metal carpentry complete also of surface treatments (cataphoresis coating, powder coating, electrolytic galvanizing and hot galvanizing).

techno plus tooling specializes in the design and manufacture of sophisticated punching, bending and forming tools. The following tool types are built by us: thermoforming mold, progressive die, transfer tool hand insertion tool and notching.

We extend our experience constantly, because even the series production of the stamped parts and maintenance of the tools in our Punching tool carried out by our staff.

Technical know-how is combined with practical experience in our production. This produces robust tools that can be serviced easily and produce inexpensive items.

In our tool, the items for the punching tools are made. Our machinery ranging from CNC milling on CNC turning and CNC grinding up to the wire cutting and bead blasting. With the help of our 3D measuring machine, each part is tested and ensured the required quality

We provide production of parts strictly according to customer requirements, by working on our own quality assurance system based on the requirements of our customers from Switzerland and Germany, consisting in:
- preparation of production including a detailed analysis of the customer's requirements
- careful control of acceptance materials and semi-products
- systematic inspections during production and immediately corrective actions
- specific selection process for material suppliers and subcontractors of additional services
- careful protection of goods during delivery to the customer
