Engineering & Construction is both the foundation for the entire plant in the linear stamping and bending assembly area as well as a service for pure engineering projects with us.


Our 40 years of experience based on a number of projects in collaboration with leading industry partners. By incorporating our expertise in project work and because of the creative, flexible and analytically oriented work style, we are regarded as a competent partner.

Our plant is subdivided into:

1 Standard Plant
Our SB-L Series impresses with its modular and linear structure.
The linear structure allows an unlimited number and variable order of the basic modules and tools. Which is implemented in small, autonomous transfer manufacturing assembly lines.

2 Special machine
Our SB-LB-series has the SB-L Series with its modular and linear structure to the base. The modular design of this series allows the management of significantly more complex tasks in the linear stamping and bending assembly area.

Of course, our complete LB series is fully compatible with the L-series.

Particular attention should be paid to the FFZ200 SB-LB.
The distinction to the other machine types lies mostly in the technical structure. When FFZ200 SB-LB, the cams are not as usual along, but transverse to the flow direction. This also allows for a larger space for the tool assembly, the use of larger cams and thus larger strokes, smoother acceleration and a higher clock speed.
The open in each direction architecture of this machine also allows an additive assembly with drive units for every application.


We also offer complete tooling solutions regarding punching, Stanz/Biege- and mounting tool, which we will gladly work with you.

As an efficient producer of innovative semifinished products such as tubes, profiles, sheet metal parts, components, and mechanical components, we provide all the required services: from competent counselling by our experienced engineers and smooth logistics - thanks to our integrated information processing - right up to efficient and flexible production technology. Our products include:
Tubes, an intelligent and innovative base product, e.g. for shop construction and for office furniture.

Profiles, e.g. for suppliers of the construction industry, storage technology and many other areas of the capital goods industry.

Sheet metal parts - produced using various connection technologies and bent to the shape of the end product - are ideal for a whole range of applications.

Components: the large range of tube, profile and steel sheet processing techniques allows components to be put together to form complete assemblies.

Mechanical components, for example, beading and punching tools, precision parts from metal cutting production as well as stampings round off our product range.
