ELTRAS d.o.o. is a family-owned business employing around 35 people.
We have at our disposal over 3000 square meters of production areas that are equipped with all the necessary machinery for the manufacture of various mechanical components used in the field of manufacturing process automation. Our machinery fleet includes a complete assortment of processing machinery, ranging from classic (lathes, milling machines, hydraulic shears, a hydraulic bending machine) to CNC processing machines; it allows us to handle large and complex workpieces.

In addition to individual machines manufactured according to our own documentation or the plans of our clients, we also take on completed deals according to the “fully-functional turn-key" principle, where we first cooperate with the client to resolve the technological requirements and then do the rest ourselves; this involves: design, execution, installation and test-runs. In extensive and more demanding projects, we link up with established companies, especially in the area of software and hardware for computer guided automated production.

We produce burr-free and oxide-free laser-cut parts and blanks as well as Edge bending according to customer requirements. We are also manufacture complete assemblies with our partners in the situation.

EM DIP is an OEM/ODM stove manufacturer based in Serbia. Our stoves are sold in the EU market under the brands of our clients from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With 25 years of experience, we have developed and produced more than 70 different high-quality models for several European companies. Our products primarily include wood-burning stoves, but we also have expertise in creating fireplace inserts, pellet stoves, and bioethanol fireplaces. Who are we?
EM-POLI LTD was created in Kystendil Bulgaria in 1995 as a trading company, supplier and distributor of domestic products for the construction industry. After creating a successful commercial network, we opened our first manufacturing facility. We gathered our team of engineers and set up a production line for paint rollers and hinges, which lead to excelling in all different types of metal fabrication adding many products to our portfolio with time. As our assets evolve, we started producing custom parts for many different industries.

What we do?
Our company offers assistance in manufacturing, assembly, final packaging and shipping of sheet metal products produced to client’s needs and desires. We design and manufacture the tooling needed for cost effective and fast production of the desired parts for our clients and supply them in time for their needs. All of our tooling is made by the highest standards using the best materials in order for get the precision and longevity needed for mass operations. We have successfully produced 3000000 parts in 2022, which needed more than 10000000 operations to complete.

Our factory in based in Kystendil Bulgaria. We have a 8500 m2 facility for our production and warehousing operations. We have over 23 power presses, automation lines adapted with decoilers and automatic feeders for very low cost and high production operations.
