At the Stenn location, in the traditional industrial region of Zwickau in western Saxony, we at FMB work with over 30 employees for customers in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and for various suppliers to these industries across Europe.

We develop concepts and solutions for the optimization of production and assembly processes and design the devices and tools for these processes and their auxiliary processes.

In addition to our own developments, we also manufacture according to individual customer specifications, from sketched designs to individual 3D models.

FESP MOLD SRL was founded in 1997 by Dario and Carlo Chiampesan who, after a decade of experience in the production of molds for jewelery,
they founded FESP MOLD SRL exclusively for the production of molds for plastic products.

Mold construction
FESP MOLD SRL molds are made of tempered steel. They are characterized by the multi-cavity, the high production in the hot chamber,
the use of nozzles and shutter systems or with sequential closure.
Our products are distinguished by internal handling technology, trolleys, unscrewing and inclined rods.
The steels, normalized and other components of the mold are purchased from the most important European companies and the molds are accompanied by certificates.

Business

The company FETEC Engelhardt GmbH was established on 1 Founded in May 1997 in Ruhla / Thuringia as a civil law and on 1 July 2005 umformiert into a GmbH.

Starting point of the company producing basic turning and milling parts, the one manufactured in order for suppliers to the automotive industry. With the move in January 2001 in a new building, the production of parts, prototypes, small batches in contract manufacturing as well as complete assemblies and devices has been made possible.The expansion of contract manufacturing required on 1 July 2006 another move to a larger and also its own production facility.

The workforce of FETEC Engelhardt GmbH consists of seven employees and three apprentices. Managing directors are Gerald and Ursula Engelhardt.

It was founded in 1996 and currently employs 22 people. The company is located close to the border with Austria. The export share is approx. 98%; customers from Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy and Belgium are supplied.

EDM is the core competence of our company. Since 1989 we are working in the field of wire erosion and sink erosion. As a contract EDM and complete finisher of Präzionsteilen of metal we are working for various industries. We erode among other things, for: tool and die making, medical technology, aerospace industry, mechanical engineering, instrument manufacturer. Additional services such as folding, grinding and sandblasting complete the cutting service.

The "Filli" steel service center stands for maximum material availability, excellent delivery performance and individual customer advice.
