The company CMcnc d.o.o. was established in 2011 and continues pursuing the activity that started in 2006 with the company Tomaž Cukjati s.p. The primary activity of the company is mechanical treatment of metals, particularly CNC milling and turning. The company provides constant development by introducing new technologies and staff training. The company attempts to find new market opportunities in the area of unique and small-scale production. Special emphasis is given particularly to the processing of challenging aluminium products, which enables the application of the 5-axis technology.

Our company is engaged in the production of automated machinery in various sectors.

Specialized in automotive and home appliance industry, we are focused in business development by creating new links with new projects between different companies. Nitera Mold company was founded in 2017 in a corporation with Nitera doo founded in 2000, and is engaged in consulting services and construction of metal substructures and structures. The production program offers tailor made production line equipment, so most of our products are unique, and there is also serial production capacity. Some of the production programs are Industrial furniture, Industrial fencing, Production trolleys. Also, the production program includes manufacture of dedicated tools and aluminum and plastic parts using a 1000 × 700 mm working area CNC milling machine. The services we provide are plasticization services. The consulting team comprises engineers who can design fixed and movable metal structures and make a 3D model of them. Some of our clients are Zumtobel, Leoni, Johnson Electric, Xingyu, IMI, Minth.

We have been working on machining since 25 years, we have an outstanding team of engineers, a modern machine park and professional CAD/CAM software that allows us to comprehensively execute almost every order related to CNC machining. Our specialty is the production of details on CNC automatic lathes with diameters from 3 to 68 mm with the use of bar feeder up to 300 mm in semi-automatic operation. We mill in materials such as: steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood. All orders are executed based on the most modern numerically controlled machines, which enable us to process surfaces from 2D to 5D. We also offer a wide range of services: engraving, drilling, threading, sanding, polishing, painting, electroplating coatings. We specialize in large-scale production of more than 5000 pieces. We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. Our goal is not only to offer our customers excellent service, but also to offer them all services from a single source. Mekaltek aims to become a fully integrated processing center. As a result of our many years of experience in the industry, we have many close friends who work as plant managers, surface treatment managers and planning managers in the extrusion plants in our region.
