Back then, purely specialized in eroding, we now have a machine park that extends over CNC milling machines with 5-axes, countersinking and wire eroding machines. We manufacture your components in 3D with the Mastercam and Mecanic programs.

Our portfolio includes progressive tools (punching, bending, deep drawing), fixture construction, prototype tools, standard parts, etc. We would be happy to support you with our know-how from the idea to implementation, as well as the ongoing production and maintenance of your tool. For more than 20 years, we have been offering our discerning customers precise CNC production from 1 piece to medium series.

Our grown and experienced team is highly motivated and realizes your orders within a very short time. Our state-of-the-art machine park currently consists of approx. 15 CNC machining centers and other machines (see machine park). Our production lines enable individual custom-made products, the production of individual parts as well as small and medium series. Our customer base is located in the regional area (Mosbach +50 km). We produce the strapping machine TGM 350 and the form measuring device DJ400 for you. In addition, we also take on construction and assembly work for you.

TURNING
We offer the production of rolling elements based on the documentation provided by the customer. We process black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics and others.

Our offer includes the possibility of milling details in small and large series quantities.

QUALITY CONTROL
Each manufactured element goes to the quality control station. The compliance of the product with the documentation is subjected to a detailed control and the aesthetics of the workmanship is examined.

After thorough analysis and approval, the detail is forwarded to the shipping stage.

The operational structures were continuously improved and the machine park was constantly adapted to the latest requirements. With high-precision vertical and horizontal machining centers, cubic workpieces are manufactured to customer specifications. The product range is just as varied as the customers. The manufactured parts are used in a wide variety of industries, for example in general machine and apparatus construction, in the construction sector, in automobiles and rail vehicles, cable cars, laboratory and medical technology, in pneumatics and hydraulics, in the food industry, in mold and tool construction .
