For the production of your plastic parts, Mues Products & Moulds GmbH uses the compact injection moulding process employing multi-component or gas-assisted moulding technology. The injection moulding machines used have a clamping force of 125 to 850 metric tons. A pad printing system is integrated into the injection moulding process to efficiently produce printed parts. Your gas-assisted moulded parts are manufactured smoothly and efficiently thanks to the company’s own gas extraction plant.

We also have a wide range of welding and bonding systems available for the production of your parts. Have your moulds tested for series production or have your prototype parts injection moulded. We have many years of experience in the production of high-quality parts for car interiors. We also specialise in functional parts for engines and engine compartment design parts. The 3D coordinate measuring machine can determine the data of any object you wish. We document initial sampling reports and also proof of process capability certificates.

Do you have components with a length or diameter of 1200 millimeters and a mass of three tons? No problem, we process workpieces up to 1000 x 1200 x 800 millimeters (width x height or diameter x depth) and a mass of up to three thousand kilograms on our CNC-controlled manufacturing machines.

Murtfeldt Plastics is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, is a steadily growing company. Murtfeldt manufactures machine parts for the drive and conveyor technology from highly wear-resistant sliding plastics. Customer focus and service orientation are considered very important. These are guaranteed by subsidiaries and a network of contractors.



From four employees in 1954 Murtfeldt is now grown to approximately 200 employees. Murtfeldt has approximately 16,000 m² of production and warehouse space and a product and service range, which is one of the widest on the market. Machinery parts and shapes according to customer drawings - even with the smallest numbers - inexpensive to produce, already counted in the 1970's to the Murtfeldt strengths.
