Variel is a company with more than 40 years long tradition. Production plant was established in 1964 as a subsidiary of the then state enterprise Montážní podnik spojů Praha (Prague Telecommunications Installation Corporation). Company has been satisfying needs of large space shelters and covers for various technologies installation.

In 1985 were original technological huts completed by technological containers, designed mainly for installation of telecommunication technologies. Technological huts OPD and LB are delivered mostly for gas leading, water leading, energetic and railways systems distributors and providers.

Among of Variel products are also components for city public use as telephone booths, mailboxes, sell stands, bins, bus stops, railway stops, etc. Telephone booths and boxes have become integral part of all Czech towns and villages.

As a part of fibreglass production we realise (except standard production of children slides and assembling parts of other products) also special orders as bonnet parts for busses and trucks, TV antenna towers sheeting, etc. Newly exploited technology of fibreglass winding allows supplying of unique corpuses of railway transport vehicles.

Company has production plants as locksmith shop, material preparation hall with PC controlled enginery for cutting and bending, painting hall with modern painting boxes, fibreglass shop with equipment for injection fibreglass production and winding technology, assembling hall and its auxiliary shops as joiner and machining halls. There is for development of new products modern designing and constructing office.

We are a holder of certificates ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und big welding certificate.

The company is located on the outskirts of Zruč nad Sázavou. Train tracks lead to the company from a nearby station, thereby extending transportation possibilities for a town which lies about sixty kilometres south east of Prague, and five kilometres from highway D1 (connecting Brno to Prague).

Vario-Manufacturing Technology - parts manufacturing state of the art

The Vario-Manufacturing Technology GmbH manufactures sophisticated items for the machinery and special machinery. The basis of the production performance machining centers, including machines for large parts machining up to 5 meters working length, turning centers, machines for OD and bore grinding and a guideway grinder with 5 m working length. Many years of expertise lies in the processing of machine beds and speaker stands, machine pallets and tables as well as highly accurate rotationally symmetric and prismatic workpieces, such as spindles, flanges and housing.

Vario-manufacturing technology worked - depending on the customer - Supplied cast or welded parts and takes over the Rohteilbeschaffung. A strength of the company lies in the accuracy: so leave only supplies quality-assured the house. At the customer's delivery with measuring protocol is documented.
