Due to two small children 2. 3 years, I got Dirk Zufall to decide to put my work force into the CNC contract manufacturing and to combine work and hobby.
Versatility is my motto.
Depending on your needs, I can convert my HighZ S-1400 / 105T to various manufacturing processes.
So milling, engraving, diamond engraving, cutting, laser engraving, nameplate labeling and much more is possible.
The machine is equipped for all imaginable materials.
An axis of rotation rounds off the spectrum, so almost all wishes can be fulfilled.
I am happy to support you in the production of single pieces and small series, but I am not afraid of larger quantities.
If the need arises, the machine is already designed for plasma cutting,

Particularly noteworthy is the expansion of our machinery in January 2010 at a turning-milling drilling machining center of Niles Simmons (N40MC) with a turning diameter of 920 mm and a nominal rotation length of 4500 mm.

and from Ø 50 mm to Ø 220 mm on machines with Portal loading units.
All machines are also equipped with milling units,

Since 1990, Eckert-Fertigungstechnik has been offering you the highest quality in an exceptionally wide range of production areas. Whether in machining, sheet metal processing or surface technology, we offer you a wide range of metalworking manufacturing options.

We produce complete components for you, from design to fully welded and/or assembled assembly. Our flexibility is reflected primarily in our short turnaround times.

We are making mainly welding and assembling fixtures, jigs. How we work, here is a sample process:
- In case of order we start the design and few days later we send the 3D models to our customers for approval,
- In case of any request we modify the design and send it again to our customers,
- We start the production when our customer accepted the design,
- Usually we make the first tests – first workpiece in the fixtures – together with our customers in our factory (Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Budapest) – but nowadays because of COVID, we do it through a live web connection or skip this step (as requested by the customer),
- After this test we hand over the fixtures/manipulators to our customers in our factory but in case of request we can organize the delivery to our customer’s site.

We also make low or medium series production.
