EXPERTMODER IR SRL is a company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and it operates in the field of CNC precise machining.
Our production capacity is ensured by a variety of advanced equipment dedicated to cover all kinds of requests: from unique parts to small, medium or large manufacturing batches.
A CNC Vertical Machining Centre - HAAS VF3-SS and a CNC Turning Centre - HAAS ST-20Y have ensured by now the production of unique and small to medium series. However, due to constant increase of production volume, we enlarged our production capacity with a 3rd HAAS machine: a VF2 CNC Vertical Machining Center.
As for the large manufacturing batches, our workshop holds a total number of 3 Biglia Turning Centres that are fully equipped with LNS Hydrobar Sprint bar feeders in order to ensure high productivity in a shorter time. The advanced technology embedded in these Italian lathes allows the production of large manufacturing series of highly precise products.
In terms of quality control, the measurement control stage of our products is being carried out within our own workshop, as we dispose of a control board fully equipped with Mitutoyo measuring instruments.

Since 1961, the company EXPERT stands for innovation, reliability, and precision in automation technology.

EXPERT Maschinenbau GmbH was founded on 23rd of May, 1961 in the small southern Hessian town Lorsch. The young company quickly developed into a globally active group of companies. During its peak of growth, EXPERT not only offered solutions for welding, handling and transporting applications. In addition, EXPERT was also a leading supplier of special machines and plant construction for the automotive sector all over the world.

In 2006 Tünkers Maschinenbau GmbH from Ratingen took over EXPERT Maschinenbau, as a 100% subsidiary. The family-owned enterprise in the second generation is well known as an international supplier of rotary tables and automation technology for serial production. The history and knowledge of EXPERT Maschinenbau are continued by the renamed company EXPERT-TÜNKERS GmbH.

FUP sp. z o.o. was established in 1994 and has since continued to develop dynamically. FUP employs over 100 highly-qualified persons.

FUP manufactures parts and assemblies for machines and equipment, as well as complete machines. With our state-of-the-art machines, we are able to manufacture most complex machine components for the most demanding customers.

FUP cooperates with many companies in the machine building industry from Poland, Germany, France, Switzerland and the USA. Over 90 percent of our products are exported.

SmartXtec Turning Dömitz GmbH & Co. KG is a small, medium-sized company in the metalworking industry that was founded in July 2018. The company emerged from Kucharczyk GmbH & Co. KG.
We specialize in the manufacture of very sophisticated turned parts. This requires a very high level of quality in production and testing.
Our machines and equipment are state-of-the-art and our measuring technology is geared towards absolute precision. We employ highly qualified staff and have been training our youngsters ourselves since 1998.
