For several years, we have also been dealing with the processing of details made of aluminum, cast iron and other metal castings.
A significant position in the company are welded structures. These are products made according to the construction documentation entrusted by the Ordering Party or based on own designs agreed with the Ordering Party.

The most important factor determining the value of the company is the staff. The company employs experienced engineering and technical staff as well as highly qualified production workers. The result is the development of the company: cooperation with both domestic and foreign companies

GAMBA - precision machining since 1935.
Gamba is specialized in manufacturing complex and high precision components due to their geometry, tolerances and hard materials. Dimension size varies between 1 and 500 mm. Production lots are spanning from few dozens to thousands of units. Precision is guaranteed by the full internal machining, including turning, milling, grinding, honing and further services such as sandblasting, vibroblasting, laser marker, assembly and others.

Factory is located in the province of Bergamo, a key industrial area of Italy.
Commercial and administrative offices are in Milan.

Gaméte CNC Kft was founded in 2006 by Hungarian private individuals. She deals with CNC milling, CNC turning and 3D measuring. We primarily manufacture parts and tool elements. Welded parts that require machining can also be produced. We work up to 95% for German partners.

Processed material: aluminum, steel, bronze, copper, plastic. The parts can be galvanized, burnished or anodized - quantitatively and depending on the dimensions.

Measurement tolerance: 0.02 MM for aluminum and steel alloys, 0.05 MM for other materials.
Measurement protocol can be made if necessary.

Created in 2015, Gannet Machine Works is a Vacuum WorkHolding & Subcontract Manufacturer for high precision CNC machined technical parts, working for the Marine, Rail and Industrial sectors.
We also provide surface treatment and pre-assembly as well as Engineering services such as: Part design & Development, simulation, testing and prototyping.

The beginnings of the company reach back to 2015, when we started our operation as a part-time sole proprietorship – turning on a CVC lathe.

In 2016, we moved from a part-time sole proprietorship to a limited liability company – GANTAR OBDELAVA KOVIN D.O.O. and with perseverance, we succeeded in buying our first machine at the beginning of 2017 and since then, due to sheer willpower, we have managed to grow our machine park to its current size.

At GANTAR obdelava kovin d.o.o., we mainly perform turning on CNC lathes and processing on a CNC milling centre. We process individual pieces as well as larger series, depending on the customer requirements.

Our company has your work in 1998 started as a Einman companies, the metal-cutting shaping has offered. Thanks to consistent investments since 2005 in machinery and in our employees, the company has developed strongly, expanding its range, the quality of products and punctuality improved. In 2007, the company has moved into a 1300m2 hall. Now we have a highly modern machinery, employ over 30 qualified and experienced staff to a work surface of 2100 m2. In 2008, our company has been certified with the ISO quality assurance certificate 9001 2001.
