The two companies owner Helmut Kreutz (K) and Juan Palma-Fajardo (P) founded in 2000, the company based in Sankt Augustin. As a certified technician in the field of production engineering and masters in toolmakers craft both bring with the appropriate technical expertise.
Our focus is in the area of tool and equipment, as well as in contract manufacturing in the field of turning and milling.

Our goal is to provide you with a professional and first class service! Quality and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work with a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001-2008.

Our range of services includes planning, design, production and, if desired, the assembly of components. We are happy to advise you on the best and most cost-effective production method.

We manufacture to your drawings after sketch or sample, as well as information you provided.
Upon request we provide the construction with the same. Feritungszeichnungen for your components, we can also supply if required.

We are small family based polish company located in west Poland, in Szczecin (just few kilometers from German border) with more then 20 years experience in manufacturing metal components. We are basically using two technologies: cutting/forming on presses and machining. Our customers are both polish and foreign companies, from different sectors like furniture, household equipment, playgrounds, building industry.

We are equipped with eccentric presses varying from 10 up to 160 tons of load (also automatic ones), thus we can manufacture different kind of components: support plates, fixtures, holders, fixing plates etc. in high quantities (up to 50.000 per day). We have a knowledge on designing die sets to produce such a components, and having toolshop equipped in grinding machine and EDM machine, we can make our own die sets and tooling.

In terms of machining we have conventional milling machines and lathe, but also CNC milling machine and CNC lathe, which allows us to machine metal components in repetitive and precise way.

We also have two injection molding machine, where you can make small to medium size of plastic products (eg from polypropylene or polyamide).

The family-owned enterprise was founded by Kurt Allert in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in 1959, and in the following decades has established itself as a quality brand. Since 1997 we have been part of the Oetiker Group, which is active throughout the world.

Allert develops individual solutions with long working lives for connecting and conveying technology. Be it pressed parts, formed parts, hinged plate conveyors, special chain conveyors or worm drive clamps. Each individual product is carefully designed, made to high quality and will perform even under the toughest production conditions.

By applying our know-how and selecting outstanding materials we ensure the quality of our products even for use under challenging hot, cold or wet conditions, or in contact with aggressive materials. Allert hinged plate conveyors and transport chains convey red-hot materials as well as very fine chips, conserve heat during the production of baked products and allow liquids to pass through when the goods transported must be sprayed with water or oil. Allert produces holders, rings, special clamps and other fastening components at high volumes and consistent quality for many different sectors of industry.
Our installation of machine tools includes automatic presses and heavy-duty presses up to 4000 kN force. These allow processing of sheet metal components – the maximum material thickness is 6 mm. Efficient assembly by our skilled employees completes the production process. Of course each operation is supported by comprehensive quality management.
