The company Brünink-Neuenhauser Metallbau was founded in 1953 by the master blacksmith Albertus Brünink. Today the company is run by the second generation of the son of the founder, Bernd-Heinz Brünink.

Neuman Aluminium is divided into different sections - a part of the group is the extrusion plant GmbH.
