In modern CNC lathes all machinable materials can

• from Ø 0.50 mm to a diameter of 5.00 mm from the coil

be processed. Profiles such as 4-or 6-kant kant also are not a problem we have lathes and short lathes in use. We can produce your turned parts and nuts from the following materials:

• stainless steels such as 1.4104, 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4307, 1.4404 ... etc.
• higher alloyed materials such as titanium, Hastelloy and Inconel
• heat-resistant materials, such as 1.4828 and 1.4841 ... etc.
• Brass and free-cutting steels

In the area of milling, we are also able to handle all common materials. Because of our machinery, we manufacture from pattern over small and medium series up to mass production. Here we can also count on machines with 4 and 5 Axis recourse.

All parts are cleaned in our Dürr wash and are generally delivered free of grease.

We are able to polish all geometries for you and are in the range of grinding and polishing of surfaces on the cutting edge of technology. We have this several machines.

We also work very closely with a neighboring electroplating together and can therefore offer you all the surface treatments, such as nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, passivate, etc. .....

We specialize in housing sleeves and flat 6Kt. nuts made of stainless steel and brass for proximity switch and sensor technology. We manufacture the sleeves according to standard stainless steel 1.4305 and 1.4571 as well as brass in the dimensions

Of course, sleeves and corresponding nuts with tank thread (PG) are no problem for us. Similarly, the corresponding accessories such as plug or adapter sleeves belong to our production program.

We supply the main dimensions with rolled thread, so that the sleeves have a perfect look. In addition, the threads have a greater strength and are thus not as sensitive. For other dimensions, such as M 30 x 1.5, M 32 x 1.5 or PG threads are chased the threads.

Villa Labeco is a private company that develops, produces, sells and services laboratory equipment mainly analyzers for capillary electrohophoresis and isotachophoresis. We also produce precise mechanical parts for several other instruments. For example, Villa Labeco is a representative of the producer of the precise laboratory balances fy AXIS and the producer of plastic labware for fy VIT LAB.

Villa Labeco was founded in 1992 from the state enterprise Institute of Radioecology and Applied Nuclear Techniques (founded in 1980) . We have continued with our original production program meaning we now have more than 20 year experience in the production of isotachophoretic and electrophoretic instruments.

Villa Labeco is situated within the ‘Mother' company Villa and is housed within ca 800 square meters of production and office facilities.
