CARBO Holding Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1991. Zaklad Konstrukcji Stalowych LUBSTAL started to operate in 1996 and over 11 years has gained recognition and a range of regular customers from Germany, France, Denmark, Luxemburg, the UK and Poland.


The Company employs 70 highly-qualified employees and owns a production hall of the area of 12,000 sq m. The monthly production capacity reaches 300 tons of steel structures of different kinds. The production follows our clients’ documentation and meets European industrial standards.


LUBSTAL also offers assembly of manufactured structures, both in Poland and abroad.


High quality of the products was approved by Certificate to the manufacturer's qualification for welding acc. to DIN 18800-7 as well as Certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

We are specialized in the delivery of customized castings and forgings for OEM companies. From 1 large casting of more than 120 tons to for example series of 10.000 pieces of 25 grams. Mainly in ferro alloys, but also in aluminum, bronze and nickel alloys. All our major suppliers are in Europe, mainly South- and Eastern Europe, but for some exotic alloys and investment castings we have cooperation’s with foundries outside Europe. Our expertise is primarily in the maritime, offshore, chemical and mechanical engineering sectors, but also semi-conductor, utility, agriculture, truck and mining industry we are very familiar with. We even have customers like Shell. We are also able to help and develop a casting or forging from a previously welded structure; thus, reducing costs and weight. Alloys we supply are not only steel and ductile iron, but also wear-resistant white iron, duplex steel, manganese steel and so on.

Based on 25 years of experience and a very extensive reliable network, we are able to find exactly the supplier with the right setup in production options, sizes and alloys, combined with experience in the type of castings you need. Our company was founded in 2011 as an R&D branch of LLC “Nasostechkomplect”. Together with main company, we have 15 years of experience in design and production of high quality flexible and gear couplings with diameter up to 410 mm for Ukraine and Russia market. Cerjak d.o.o. is a family owned business based in Leskovec pri Krškem, Slovenia. The company was established by Ivan and Jožefa Cerjak in the year 1979, presently managed by the 2nd generation.

In 1995 Cerjak d.o.o. successfully started with the production of holders for the automotive industry. Currently the company produces plates, base plates, covers, housings and holders for diverse industries. We also produce PTO drive shafts which carry our brand name Cerjak KG.

Certinvest owns a mechanical workshop for the production of complex parts such as bottles blowmolds, extrusion screws and dies, injection molds parts, etc. with over 25 years of experience.
