Our manufacturing profile:

A powerful machinery enables the realization of almost all machining tasks in turning, milling, grinding and drilling.

In the cutting tool making, our strength lies in the production of cutting tools for electrical engineering, such as complete sections up to a size of 1000x800 mm, Tip-cuts for cutting machines and follow-cutting tools.

We build special machines according to customer requirements with pneumatic or hydraulic control.
A welding department manufactures lightweight steel construction for our customers with sheet metal work.

The tool Plettenberg, formerly Albert Biecker steel molds for more than 80 years, manufactures dies and tools for foreign and domestic forging industry.

On an area of 12,000 m2 with nearly 70 employees dies for the small and medium range manufactured, which are made from special workpiece materials such as high quality coated hot work tool steels, füllgeschweißte dies and special steels for Titanschmiedungen. For decades, we are among the leading companies for punching, pressing, stamping and machining parts as well as assemblies. Our production facilities are located in
Wildenberg and herb home at the Jagst and in Surany, Slovakia.

To manufacture the parts presses are used with benefits 8-630 tons. We process steel, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals in material thicknesses of
0.1 mm up to 18 mm and in bandwidths up to 1,000 mm.

To pre-production testing of newly developed products, our prototype produces the corresponding prototypes, small series or unique pieces.

In the company's own tool we implement your request to precisely and also in the quality you can expect from us in detail. For series production complex stage, progressive and transfer dies are used.

A mechanical finishing of all products is possible in our turning and grinding. Our hardening also provides several ways to highly stressed parts post-treat.
