Our name derives from the cluster of technologies that we use in-house, namely:
- Metal processing: CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, polishing and galvanizing of metals ( nickel plating and gilding)

We are suppliers of series and individual parts and assemblies for a wide variety of areas, including textile and printing machinery, automobile industry, electrical engineering as well as medical and metrology.

It has been so from the beginning and today we can propose solutions to the most complex problems efficiently, quickly and at competitive economic conditions.
To do this in the best possible way, we provide assistance to our customers in the industrialization phase and we can provide a complete production management service, starting from the design to the management of the finished component, marked, assembled, packed and shipped.

For historical reasons and for its territorial location, C.N. Meccanica has developed extensive experience in the production of mechanical components for automatic machines, in particular in the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors. For these sectors, very often we also produce format components.
The great flexibility of our machines allows us to be very competitive both in the production of prototypes and in the production of medium series with multi-pallet machines, even if not manned.
We currently produce mainly for large clients operating in the packaging, machine tools, measurement equipment and systems and aerospace sectors.

Our machines are equipped with control probes that allow the dimensions to be checked while the piece is still in the machine, thus avoiding repositioning that would decrease the required precision.
Furthermore, thermal probes on the principal axes prevent linear expansion from reflecting upon the precision of the piece being manufactured.

The use of certified materials from qualified suppliers is a guarantee for the origin of the raw material, the traceability of which can always be verified.
We can provide finished parts with heat and surface treatments, working with contractors who treat the parts with the attention that Comec requires.

We can work with parts made of iron, cast iron, common, special, and stainless steels, and non-ferrous materials, including aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, and plastic products.

We can provide the mechanical pieces complete with heat and surface treatments:
- Hardening, induction hardening, nitriding, Tenifer processing, black nitriding;
- Chemical browning, manganese phosphating, electroless nickel plating, galvanizing, yellow tropicalization, and chrome and chromium nitride plating.

The maximum dimensions of the pieces that we can manage are mm. 1600x500x500.

We always have raw materials in stock such as 7475,7075,7050,2024, 17-4-PH, carbon steel etc.

We can perform either mechanical processing and dimensional control only or we can supply complete parts of SURFACE TREATMENTS.

As for the surface processes in Italy, our partners are Galvair, Metalsud and Tecnotrattamenti but we can also have the support of Galvatec in Spain and Mecacrome in France, with processes qualified by Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier etc.

We build special custom equipment.

For small series we are very fast in production. Our transport partner in Italy is GLS EXECUTIVE and in Europe it is DHL.
