The founding



Equipped with only an old lathe the company Senne tension was founded in 1999 in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock near Bielefeld.

Today already 19 employees, the company has made a name on the Region of Eastern Westphalia addition, supplying renowned companies such as Gildemeister, SMW Autoblok, Westfalia Separator and Hanning.

In small to medium-sized batches highly specialized precision machining parts, such as armature shafts, shields and valves for the petroleum industry are manufactured to order.
Our strength is the quality, flexibility and speed.

SIDECO S.p.A., founded in 1979, is one of the most established manufacturers of standard components for moulds. With a production area of 5.000 square metres, located in Grumolo delle Abbadesse (Vicenza), it offers a wide range of products for blanking, injection (plastic, rubber, aluminium and light alloys) and die-casting, including special machining on drawings.

Sirtres can supply:
1) plastic sleeves for counter rolls for calendering and embossing machines;
2) teflon heat shrinkable sleeves for rubber covered nip rolls and coating rolls for plastic film lines production;
3) heat shrinkable tubing for electrical insulation (wires connections) matching with the most updated specifications for fire safety standards.

WORLD-LEADING INFRASTRUCTURE
On a fully air-conditioned production and assembly area of 10,000 square meters in Roding and with a further 5,000 square meters in Waldmünchen, we have 120 ultra-modern CNC production and measuring machines at our disposal, offering a unique horizontal and vertical range of manufacture. This results in approx. 300,000 production hours per year.

We master the most difficult geometries and complex challenges for all materials that can be machined. From filigree components to the machining of entire vehicle parts.

OUR CORE TECHNOLOGIES
Our core technologies include CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC surface, cylindrical and profile grinding as well as erosion. We round off our portfolio with other holistic technologies such as surface treatment, heat treatment and laser melting, as well as additive manufacturing with the help of specialised partner companies. In addition, we take care of project management and organise the corresponding supply chain.

PRECISION THAT IMPRESSES – FOR THE BEST COMPONENTS IN THE WORLD
Our manufactured precision parts are subject to certified quality assurance for a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.3 µm. For this purpose, we work with the most accurate 3D coordinate measuring machine in Europe, a ZEISS XENOS, as well as other state-of-the-art high-tech measuring equipment.

We are a qualified and reliable partner in the special purpose machinery
including construction and zerspanender production of individual parts and small series. This end, we both conventional and CNC machine tools available.
We design, engineer, manufacture and install all types of special applications alone as well as with partners in different application areas.

We spezializieren in machining on the latest CNC milling machines and lathes, using the four-axis technology. We also have conventional milling, turning, and grinding machines that are nüzlich us in less demanding or parts. We also have several years experience in pipe and profile bending. We also roll threading and milling gears. One of our strengths is the welding technology. We specialize in small and medium series but also are willing to make for you items to the delivered technology.
