The products of our company are mainly intended for the railway industry. We specialize in the production of the valve elements that are used in train braking systems. Zannini is an international group that produces high-precision turned metal components for the automotive, electrical, hydraulic, oleodynamic sectors and we are also taking our first steps in the Hydrogen and Aerospace sectors.
With our CNC machines (bar passage from 2 mm to 65 mm) we work all turning materials (automatic steels, stainless steel, 42CrMo4, aluminum, ETG, and others), we are also equipped with grinding machines, sanders, deburring machines and machines for 100% control.

Productions in Zarifsan are processed with appropriate machines according to the request of customer.

Zarifsan produces parts with different measurements and amounts for automotive, white goods and machine industries. Injection needles, miles and bodys some kind of parts that we produce.

Just in time strategy is used in production and also all other processes.

Steel, yellow, aluminium rawmaterials use at productions in our firm. Heating and coating processes are made to contract manufacturing at firms of versed in business experience.

Quality is one of the most important thing for production in Zarifsan and this rule is also valid for other processes. ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 quality management systems have been applied successfully for many years.

Production processes

High-tech is the standard at ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH. This is reflected in our highly qualified team of specialists, in our logistical division of labour, and in our use of the very latest production processes and technologies.
Our machining centres and lines are programmed and controlled over a central network. Innovative 3D programming systems permit even the most complex workpiece contours to be machined.

In the metal cutting field, our CNC milling centres use 5-sided machining techniques. All our lathes are fitted with power tools and with a C and Y axis. Our products are characterized by optimum grinding results with millimetre range precision for the ultimate in productivity.

With our high-precision spark erosion cutting machines we also have the capability to manufacture custom-produced parts and small-scale series in-house.

Materials - broad selection, quick availability

Alongside our extensive ultra-modern machine outfit, we also benefit from a wide range of stocked materials in our automatic high-bay warehouse. These include all steel, titanium, stainless steel and high-strength alloys as well as all popularly requested aluminium alloys.

We also offer a raw material procurement and storage service to customer order.

ZSO sees itself as a competent supplier and service provider in the metal Zerpanung (turning, milling, grinding) and component assembly.

In the area of contract manufacturing (turning, milling, grinding and surface treatment), we offer our services from small series to medium runs with great variety. Here, the annual volumes of 5,000 St. can (with high complexity, Dreh-/Frästeil 50 min processing time) vary up to 1.4 million St. (simple turned part, about 1.5 min. Processing time). The possible workpiece sizes reach the maximum diameter of 400 mm when turning. In radial grooves on the outer contour may occur reduction of the workpiece diameter.

During milling, we can work with our machining centers cube sizes up to 1000 mm.

We also perform desired by impermeability tests also.
