Brinkhus GmbH has been manufacturing parts from thermoplastic materials since 2006. Our know-how is the chemical adaptation of the materials in one process step with the forming by injection molding. For example, the chemical resistance, the shrinkage behavior and the toughness of the materials can be adjusted.

Another focus is the optimization of fiber length distribution and fiber orientation, so that safety-relevant technical parts can be produced. As examples, we produce holding devices for orthopedic technology. Another product category are Holding devices for glassy plates for to high-rise facades in all relevant climatic zones are also to be mentioned as a safety-relevant product.

In addition, thermoplastic materials are adapted and distributed for specific applications according to our own recipes. Brinkhus GmbH also operates a recycling area in which molded parts can be grind, washed and separated. Accordingly, regrinds based on EVA, TPU, PA6 and PA12 are offered.

The company shows exellent innovation potential, which can be seen from the large number of patents. For example, there is the registration of a material with a nanobubble structure and the registration of a polyamide-polycarbonate blend.

The company is managed by the shareholders, with Ms. Brinkhus-Deinert as managing director and Dr. Deinert is responsible for research and development.

Our know-how is the result of almost 125 years of combined experience.
In our plants in Germany, the Netherlands and Hungary, we manufacture a wide range of plastic moulded parts such as PVC-PE-PP moulded parts, manhole bases & manhole connections, gullies and accessories for our European customers. Our products are available in almost all shapes and diameters, even unusual ones. From small and less common to extra large.

We use various materials like PVC, PP, PE-HD and Polystyrene for our high quality pressure parts to ensure the highest quality. All BT Nyloplast production facilities are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. This means that we meet the most important European quality requirements.

At BT Nyloplast we work closely with our partners so that we can always supply the right fittings for all types of pipes. We respond flexibly to our customers' needs and develop the right type of fitting in close cooperation with them. In this way, we guarantee a durable and reliable connection of all types of plastic pipes, taking into account the product's service life.

We employ a total of 300 people at our three production sites in Europe.

CEL Group operates UK based limited companies located in Telford, Shropshire skilled in sub-contract sheet metal work, assembly work, warehousing and logistics. China manufacturing is located with two 250,000 square foot facilities based in Guangzhou and Shanghai with warehousing facilities in Poznan, Poland.


China Enterprise UK Ltd – operates two modern 250,000 square foot manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China. Our premise is to take sub-contract customer manufacturing to China to reduce costs and improve bottom line customer profits.

In-house manufacturing in China includes sheet metalwork & tubular manipulation, pressed parts & tooling, turned parts, full fabrication facilities, welding, plastic injection moulding & tool making as well as assembly lines for final assembly & electromagnetic integration. We also offer product consolidation for onwards shipping.

We are fully ISO 9001 certified and hold approval certificates for many large OEM’s globally.
We also hold both import and export licenses for China.
We ship product to the UK, Australia, USA, France, South Africa, Poland, Japan, Holland, Ireland……

We handle and control all engineering and manufacturing processes as detailed above, all consolidation and shipping details and duty payments. Our prices reflect this service. We offer to carry a UK stockholding against customer order, deliver and operate customer kanban systems or direct to line call offs as well as direct shipping if preferred.

Interface on any level would be with staff in Telford as we have UK engineers continuously working within the factory in China.
We feel we are a unique business in offering a sub-contract manufacturing service from China.


CEL Sheetmetal Ltd - offers customers the best of both worlds – solely UK manufactured sheet metal parts plus the potential to prototype and product develop for customers. We can then offer the option to transfer builds to our factory in China as well as continuing to supply solely UK manufactured parts.

In-house capabilities include Laser cutting (including a new state of the art 5kw Trumpf laser cutting centre), CNC Punching, Tubular Laser Cutting and tubular manipulation, CNC Press braking plus all onwards fabrication capabilities.

As with our China business we offer to carry a stockholding against customer order and deliver and operate kanban systems or direct to line call offs as required.


CEL Logistics – is the distribution arm of the Group with the capability to delivery customer orders countrywide to required delivery schedules, run kanban and direct to line systems for customers as well as acting as a logistics hub for our China factories for onwards consolidation and customer distribution.
