Simplastic is a Portuguese thermoplastic injection company, that supplies a service going from design and development to assembly, including supply chain management. We produce semi and finished products with metallic, electric and electronic components, providing time proven integrated solutions. We have 45 years of experience producing for and working closely with clients in several sectors, such as household appliances, electronics, lighting systems, robotics, agriculture, etc.

We present our company in the field of mold and tool making, founded in 1997 and restarted in 2012. We have many years of extensive experience, from planning and organization through construction to the manual and machine production of investment casting and injection molds.
At the moment we have four employees - an increase in staff to seven to eight employees is planned for the future.
Skrotzky Formenbau works with the latest CAD / CAM technology in conjunction with the latest CNC milling machines, which enables us to manufacture components with freeform surfaces and volume models of the highest complexity and difficulty.
Future-oriented thinking and working is our goal. The company is therefore modernly equipped and technically up to date.

In addition, Mr. Patrick Skrotzky has owned a high-precision 3-D printer since 2018. This manufactures prototypes and series parts for the investment casting and automotive industries.

3-D measurement protocols and direct 3-D target / actual comparisons.

Over time, we have heavily invested in bi-component technology. Today, we boast Engel machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 tons to 600 tons, designed to accommodate tools with inner kinematics, robot transfer, and more.
