Founded in 1923, Fischer Söhne AG is a successful plastics processing company with a wide range of capabilities. Our 1-130 L plastic containers as well as engineered plastic parts weighing from 50 to 10,000 g are made on state-of-the-art extrusion blow-molding machines. Our injection-molding machines operate with locking forces between 35 and 500 tons.

Since 1995 Formaco delivers pre-machined or complete machined forged parts and casted parts. A large range of customers in the Netherlands or of broad will be provided with shafts, rings, bushes or flanges.

Our cooperation is exclusively with international forges, foundries or machine shop, which all have their own specialization in production methods and materials.

Since the foundation of the company in 1993, our main goal has been to produce reliable and quality technological equipment for our customers in Lithuania and abroad. Today FORMATEKA Ltd. has the team of 46 qualified employees (the administrative staff of 5 people, 5 designers and technologists, 34 people at the manufacturing division and 2 employees at the quality control division). The area of the company’s premises expanded to 1500 mm2 (300 mm2 for the administrative division). Application of CAD/CAM software and CNC hardware allows manufacturing of quality, precision and reliable products for our customers.

Forme produces thermoformed plastic material and offers the owner's experience in industrial product design, combined with that of the employees with thirty years of know-how in plastic finished and semi-finished products.

The thermoforming technique is applied to different types of materials such as PST polystyrene, ABS, PMMA, PETG, to satisfy every type of request. Thanks to the support of the technical office, Forme can offer continuous assistance for the entire production process, from the design to the creation of the molds up to the actual production of the part.

The offer of quality and precision products derives from the joint processes of the computerized thermoforming machine and the 5-axis CNC cutting robot, managed with the experience and professionalism of the collaborators.
